Chosen Solution Hi Everyone, I recently changed the front glass and track pad on my MacBook Pro 13" mid 2012 (A1278). Now it won’t turn on. Retracing my steps I used a heat gun to loosen the shattered glass and removed it. I cleaned the glued area with a micro fiber cloth and a compressed air can and mounted the new glass. when I tried to power it up and nothing happened....

Chosen Solution I just built up a new computer. The motherboard, fans, CPU, GPU all working. Motherboard no error signal. But when I connected to monitor(DP), it no cable connected. I tried another monitor with HDMI, but also no signal. If you are sure all is working then BIOS is looking for incorrect video port as in VGA, HDMI, Display Port or DVI. Depending on motherboard hold done the key for BIOS/UEFI....

Chosen Solution I tried to root my Nexus 7 using a Nexus Root Toolkit program while the device was connected to my PC. Initially I was successful, but then had issues running some apps on the device. I decided to restore my Nexus to factory settings using the root program to do so. Chosen Solution Hello, as I was cleaning the dust off my old late 2009 mac mini I accidentally broke the lower part of the casing shell on the cable that goes from the power button down to the logic board. I managed to pretty firmly attach the two wires correctly to the board and the machine works fine. My worry is; If the dust buildup could cause a short with that little opening without the shell (see the two metal cable ends of the two wires without the casing shell) Could I easily cover it with something like electrical tape, although the common understanding is that electrical tapes are not ideal for this task (heat & the gooey adhesive they leave behind)....
