Chosen Solution So I replaced my phone battery and I noticed that the old one got kinda bent in the process and now it has gotten hot. Should I be worried and how should I dispose of it? Put it in a fireproof container and take it outside where fire wouldn’t cause a problem. If it got bent and is getting hot, it could catch fire any second.

Chosen Solution My phone charges slower and slower on the house. I use a Samsung adapter. 2 different cords. It does charge in the car very well. Battery goes quicker as well. I have closed apps, deleted apps. Hi Michelle, It may be time to try a new adapter. Any USB adapter that supplies over 1 amp would work.

Chosen Solution Hi, In trying to replace the power button I delaminated one of the solder pads. It’s not the ground side, it’s the side that just goes to a buried via. Does anyone know where this connects - I’d like to bodge-wire something for now so I can at least get my data off the phone. Chosen Solution I have had this Samsung Galaxy Nexus for less than 3 months. Originally, it took about 20 presses to get the power button to respond, but now, nothing happens when I push it. The screen comes on when I connect the phone to power, and it shows the battery indicator, but nothing else happens. How can I fix this? Chosen Solution The power button is orange and I cannot do a thing with the speaker. Fixed by leaving it on for a night. It discharged, and was okay once charged again.

Chosen Solution As soon as the console starts up the fan is blowing hard. The noise is not scratchy or anything but the fan spins at full speed. The console does not seem to be that hot to justify such a blowing. Can anybody help? Check for power to the switch(key on), no power to switch check plug and wires for corrosion/ damage. If you have power to the switch, check the switch(contacts in switch may be worn/corroded/damaged. If switch is working probable bad window motor/binding regulator, test the power window motor/regulator,replace if weak,damaged or not functioning....
