However when the laptop was doing a restart, it died and now it wont power up at all (with adapter or battery. Any suggestions? The power adapter is producing 19 volts. I have also completed an ohm test on the power adapter cable in the laptop, all is well there. It wont power up with the battery plugged in....

Chosen Solution I have a 2012 MacBook Air 11”. It had some wine spilled on it a while ago. I took everything out and gently cleaned it with isopropyl alcohol. It worked just fine, but the mouse wouldn’t move. Today, I took out the trackpad and gave it an ultrasonic bath in isopropyl alcohol. Now it won’t turn on, except for on AC power (and even then only sometimes). Is this related to the trackpad, or is it something different?...
Chosen Solution So, today I got an iPhone 7. It has the rear camera glass broken. I didnt had the part so I thought I would remove from one of the iPhone 7 lying around for parts and would replace from there. I removed the whole rear camera cavity from the loner phone. Now I opened the customer’s iPhone7 and disconnected the battery. Before even going fiurther I should mention that during the lcd removal I think I broke the screw on the right side plate where the earpiece flex snaps on to....

Absolutely agree with @mayer ..after sales support is what makes the difference. There seem to be no consistent OEM quality batteries supplier out there..major Apple suppliers for years nowadays kick in the market B/C grade batteries , showing all sorts of issues....
Chosen Solution pc specs: windows 10 i7-4770 gtx 970 1tb wd hdd 128gb ssd after i formated to a clean windows 10 everying is slow. it takes the apps forever to boot up. for example if i try and open battle.net its takes it 2-4 mins to open and if i try to play overwatch the game is slow and it takes forever to load a game. same goes to steam and other apps....
Chosen Solution are there any water seals associated with the pentalobe screws? I blew compressed air into my iphone 7 and two tiny square rubber gaskets (~3mm wide) popped out. They squares have a round hole in them. I can only figure they are part of the pentalobe screw water seals, but I’m not sure, and I don’t know how to put them back in the phone to restore the water seal....
Chosen Solution Hello, I’ve got a bit of a situation here. I was trying to change my glass back using heat but ripped off flash and charging coil. Ordered new flex cables (flashlight and charging coil) and installed them. Assembled the phone and now it is stuck on charging screen when I connect charger. After 5 or more minutes it shows apple logo and goes back to charging screen. I did a bad job assembling it and it might have something to do with flex cables or what not(might have bent them accidentally or something)....
Chosen Solution My wife and daughter took their iPhone 6S Plus over to Japan for vacation and purchased a Japanese SIM card. When they returned home, their phones were stuck in 3G. I have done a complete factory reset 3 times as per the Verizon rep which did not make a difference. Apple was brought into the trouble shooting and was on a 3 way call with Verizon. Apple ran several tests which proved the phone to be working and that it was a carrier issue....

Chosen Solution I have three dead iphones. One 3gs, one 5 and one 5s. They all have dead logic board ( they wont turn on ) due to water exposure . Is there any method of extracting the photos from those Iphones? Your 3gs can use the chip off method but 5 and 5s will require the phone to boot into the operating system before you can recover anything as the NAND chips are encrypted unlike the 3gs....

Chosen Solution I recently performed a hdd swap and I was tearing down the rest for cleaning. I put everything back together and now my disc drive is not working at all. The button makes no sound at all! Please help Update (06/27/2016) I think I may have found the issue. The ribbon cable. I believe I pulled it out incorrectly causing the ears to tear off of the end. There might be damage to the connect on the circuit board of the drive....

After a while I tried turning it on again because the spillage was not to big and it worked perfectly. But the day after it froze when I tried to log in to my account. Turned it off to let it dry for another day, but it didnt help much....
