Chosen Solution To start, I enjoy using Macs but know very little about the hardware within it. After looking at some tutorials and reading some typical solutions I have made it to a dead end. I’ve taken almost the entire thing apart, replugged things back and put it all back together. When plugged in, it just won’t start, as simple as that. The cord is good I think, the outlet is good - past that I don’t know what could be malfunctioning inside but I see no lights on anything inside when its plugged in....

Or if it actually matters, if it’s missing? Thanks a lot!! You don’t need that screw hole if you have the other two screws for the metal lcd cover plate....

Chosen Solution On the first time use, My Cuisinart GR-4N Griddler began smoking and created a slight odor. Is there an issue with the device? Are there any necessary replacements? Sometimes cooking items do give of an odor the first time they are heated up. Sometimes a little contamination on the cooking surface. It’s kind a matter of where the smoke was coming from, inside or outside and if it smelled like wiring insulation burning....

Chosen Solution In my bag, some oil happened to go inside my touch screen, will it “dry” or come off little by little? everything works fine, just the screen darker. will the oil worn out things inside? I took out the glass very carefully but notice that the oil actually went under the screen (that “screen” under the glass). your help will help me a lot, i’m somewhere in africa where all those costumer services don’t exist....

Chosen Solution Only one usb port works correctly with cam and remote mouse–how can I repair the other 2 ports? I’m not really certain of this on your machine but I have had experience in the past with machines that have more than 2 usb port. 2 will be powered ports and the rest usually are not so anything that requires power from the usb port to operate it will not work from that port....

Chosen Solution Hi all, I’m hoping for some assistance from somebody out there. Working on an iPhone 6; phone was working perfectly in all respects except for one thing - while it would charge a partially charged battery it wouldn’t charge a flat battery at all. After trying different batteries and using my own charge port and doing some measurements with the multi-meter I finally decided to replace Tristar. I did this carefully and once finished I put the board back in the housing temporarily to test it....

Chosen Solution I have same problem but have replaced all 3 boards and still does the same thing @glennstv since you already replaced all the boards them pretty much the only thing left is your panel. When the screen turns dark shine a flashlight beam at an angle against the screen. See if you can make out shapes etc. This could be a backlight issue.

Chosen Solution I recently replaced the battery. However when I connect it to my Mac, the screen displays… Please wait…low battery. Please advise. lalban43, this model has issues with the battery connector. Check to make sure that the battery cable is inserted all the way and that the locking clasp is properly engaged. also, you do want to make sure that the connector is still properly on the logic board. It does hav a tendency of breaking off....

Chosen Solution Is the printed circuit board available with the power plug in Steven Grotte , I to, did a search for a while with out success on finding a replacement mother board for the RCA 10 Viking Pro, a lot of replacement screens and chargers, but that was it. What you could check into, is if the port is loose, is to possibly resolder it or replace it instead of the whole board( google search for Mini USB charge port to match existing one)....

Chosen Solution So, my Brother HL-1112 toner had been refilled recently. When I turn it on it runs through basic heatung up procedure, but stops in the middle of it and just blinks with yellow light. Printer is connected via usb, but does so even when not connected at all. On the computer it’s somewhy displayed as Brother HL-1110. Chosen Solution Hello! I have a single processor, 733mhz Quicksilver ‘01. It’s been heavily upgraded, with three hard drives, maxed out RAM, and a ATI Radeon 9800 Pro. I recently loaded Leopard on it, in order to have compatibility with some updated apps I need to run, and it works well despite the unsupported config. Of course, it’s very slow. I found a nice dual-800 Mhz CPU online for a reasonable price, which would more than double the speed of the QS and make Leopard usable....

Near the top left of my phone begin to be really hot after à little bit of work. May that be the problem? (Motherboard) I Several things can cause Battery Drain issues. You will need to isolate some variables in order to get a better understanding of what is wrong. The problem could be a bad replacement battery, excessive current draw from one of the modular components (camera, button, screen) or it could be a problem on the logic board itself....

Chosen Solution As I was driving home all of a sudden gasoline starting pouring out. From underneath my vehicle. What could have caused that to happen? The fuel line at either the O-rings between couplings have worn out and letting fuel around it, or one of the flexible fuel line (most made of rubber material) have have failed for whatever reason and allow fuel to spill out. The cause of this could be high temperature deteriorating the rubber lines, wrong material of the O-rings & flex fuel lines which certain types of fuel additives could cause deteriorating of the material, improper connection of the fuel line which cause the fuel connection to fail....

Chosen Solution This started around a month ago when randomly my usb charger connected to my mac was being unrecognised. The thing is, the actual charger does work-it works when I plug them into a normal plug socket. Also if I plug this usb charger in a different computer downstairs with my phone it also works. If you are wondering if it is the drivers it is not as I have only switched over from mac to this new pc which I built only yesterday so it cant be that-also I have checked and it also says they are 100% up to date....

Chosen Solution Why wont my phone come on.i tried. Everything @shunda , Dorothy, If device is newer use warranty for replacement/repair/refund. May be time for a new battery before doing so, try another compatible charger and view and try all the recommendations from troubleshooting links below. Last link tells that LG may be aware of problem, hardware fault, will repair affected devices if your falls in this category. Good luck. Chosen Solution I have a 49cc gas scooter and I’m having a little bit of a problem. When I hit about 35 MPH my RPM’s jump between 9 and 10,000 and it wont allow me to go above 40. Also, it gives me kind of a “jumpy” feeling when it does so. Every now and then this will subside and run normal, but not for an extended period of time....
