It appears that there was no difficulty in following your instructions. The problems started after I closed the case and I tried to charge the battery. I don’t understand how to see and understand the codes anyways (even looked at the tech guide) but don’t think that’s my problem. Mactracker database shows both the hard drive and superdrive are SATA 3, supporting 6Gb/s as max speed for your model. It shouldn’t be a problem to use the superdrive connector for the main drive, as far as speed is concerned....

Chosen Solution I was using my phone on the way to a restraunt and turned it off and then when i try to turn it on again it wouldn’t. Google assissant was working and i could answer and make calls and get nonifications. It is currently on for now but if it turns off i have to keep manually resetting it by holding down the power button and volume down button....

What I Need to replace? there was smoke before the repair what came from the Flex Cabel (Display). I think the Connector is Broken. Chosen Solution I am attempting to use a non-proprietary USB to lighting connector iPhone. I understand that Apple has made their brands of cables, such as the kind listed, to have a means to encode the cable to be supported by iPhone. How, then, do I bypass this coding/chip/programming to use non branded accessories? The chip is embedded inside behind the charging tip end of the lightning cable. The chip would need to be replaced with one that has passed the MFi (Made For iPhone / iPod / iPad) certification which apple provides to cable manufacturers....
