Chosen Solution The other night, some wine got spilled on my MBA. Unfortunately my wife tried to turn it back on after wiping off the spill and kept it plugged in when it didn’t work. I followed directions I found here on removing and cleaning the inside completely with ip alcohol. I didn’t see any sign of corrosion or damage to any of the parts. After letting everything dry, the MBA still does not power up at all and the mag safe light does not come on at all either when plugged in....

Chosen Solution I bought the device in the USA and have used it in Sweden using a USA bank account. Something has changed and I apparently can no longer use the device from Sweden. So, can I reconfigure it for another use, such as an external hard drive via the USB port? Chosen Solution Good day to everyone! I got my hands on a PS4 which had its HDMI connector butchered. The connector pins were torn out of the housing of the port, so it wasn’t hard to find its problem, why it didn’t give any output. Nevertheless, replaced the port and it’s supposed to work fine, (measured the pins connection etc.) Although after reassembly the console turns on, but the output signal is dropping weirdly....

Chosen Solution Replaced Tristar, still same issue, inspected charging port pins, all 8 pins are present and not missing. Could this be caused by battery / charger port? Never mind solved it, had to replace charger port as well, must of went faulty together with the charging ic.

Chosen Solution my phone fell in the toilet but I saved it but now the screen is lighting up in dim colors @ngugi the very first thing you want to do with any device that had water exposure is to stop using it. Do not try to turn it on, sync it or anything else. This may further damage your phone. you also do not want to try to charge it any further....

Chosen Solution Do you have suggestions on how to clean or remove the pine pitch ? My beautiful coat has many spots and I haven’t found anything to remove the stains. Thanks much ! I’d try Goo Gone, the yellow orange stuff. It works on paper/magazines it should be ok on fabric. It could leave an oil spot which might evaporate over time or probably come out in the wash. If I send it back will they send me another one to see if it works? Thanks I’m going to go out on a limb here and guess that your PS4 is turning on then right back off. Chosen Solution cant find dvd rom on start up Hi, What is the model number of your laptop? Does the DVD tray open when you press the disc eject button? This is just to prove that you have power available to the drive. Have you checked in BIOS to see if the DVD drive is being shown there? If it won’t read the disk clean the optics, if it won’t recognize the disk inserted replace the drive....

Chosen Solution Okay so I powered on my dryer like normal and when I pressed the start button the whole dryer shut off. The light in the drum comes on when you open the door. I have checked our fuse box and they are all fine tried doing a hard reset as the lg troubleshooting people recommended did not help. Did you try placing the handset back into its’ base and then check if it starts to register?
