Chosen Solution Hi Guys, I know iFixit sells nice tools for this—and i have used them!— but i have had a real problem opening some of these iPods. Has anyone come up with any real good alternative to the plastic tools? The thing is that some of the inner metal fingers that are part of the metal back JUST WILL NOT RELEASE, and i end up bending things seriously or breaking completely thru the plastic notches....

Chosen Solution Ok I put my PS4 back together and it reads a disc but gives unrecognized disc upon launching. Opened the drive to see this part just laying around. Can anyone help me find its home so I can finally play my PS4. Its been a long trip replacing the HDMI port and the PS4 works great from downloaded games form PSN. It will even detect which game is in the drive but once I execute loading I hear a noise and get unrecognized disc....
Chosen Solution the circled port is the for the selfie cam of a iphone 6s. you can see the other two ports are the distinctive receptacle connector, but the circled one looks “filled in”. plus the metal visible is silver not gold. what tipped me off is when i was trying to connect a screen, i couldn’t get that flex cable connector to snap in (the other two went in fine)....

Can I upgrade the 16GB to a 64 GB myself? Do you think the 3G module might be user installable? I buy only the minimum hard drives and RAM from Apple on new machines because they are so overpriced, I thought this might be the case with the iPad....
Chosen Solution I power my tv on (Sanyo DP50747 Plasma) and the picture acts like it wants to come on, then shuts off within 10 seconds. I power it up again and the screen shows a little more. When I do it a third time it acts like it is warmed up and works fine after that. I took the back off and looked at the fuses however they have a white film over them....
Chosen Solution my console does not output video. no monitor/tv gets any signal anyone any ideas ? I’m assuming it turns on fully and the light on the front of the console stays on. There are 3 things that most often cause this problem but first be sure to check the HDMI cable. HDMI port. Shine a flashlight in the HDMI port and see if you see anything bent or if the port is off center or anything....

Chosen Solution My Kenmore He3 doesn’t have a heat problem, but it’s also super noisy. It’s quiet until it gets up to speed, and then it gets unbelievably loud - sort of a grating sound. I took my it apart today, replaced the belt & replaced the thermal fuse (I already knew that was bad), and reassembled it. Mine is still super noisy. I don’t see a fan in the back anywhere, although the drum rolls on four rubbery wheels....

Chosen Solution my dryer over heated because of the outlet was plugged with lint , so i cleaned and replace the whole hose and outlet , also replaced the thermal cutoff and the everything else but the heat element … tested it with a load of laundry seem to work fine ,,,but once again the dryer over heated and shut off ….like i said i have replaced all the electric components but the heating element , it looks fine no breaks in the wire …im at my whits end with it …it makes a click sound when the start button is pressed but wont start now i figure it has blown another thermal fuse which i will check …....
Chosen Solution New connector has only one screw hole. Old connector had two screw holes. Worse, I think the one screw hole on the new connector doesn’t match up with the screw hole in the case. Is that possible? could I have the wrong replacement battery? How would I know for sure…apart from the misfitting screw hole and the one missing screw hole? If I somehow do have the right replacement battery (for the model A1387), how do I get the connector screw hole aligned to the case screw hole and get the connector seated to circuit board?...

The phone’s memory is almost full, with only a couple of hundred Mb left. I forgot to charge the phone and it shutdown, when I tried to turn it on after plugging in it doesn’t turn on. Chosen Solution Hi, I have a problem my switch does not recognize the joy con as connected when i slide it in the switch. The joy con still works but only wirelessly. It does get charged but nothing else. I tried other joy-cons with no luck. I ordered a new right rail from eBay. I thought the rail might be the problem . I replaced it successfully but no change. Ultimately, I would say yes. First you want to unplug your Xbox and stop trying to turn it on etc. Then you want to disassemble your Xbox. Use these guides Xbox One S Repair for that. Take a careful and close look at all components and connectors....
Chosen Solution What can I do to shut them off? Are you familiar with the switch on top of the steering column, between the steering wheel and the gauges? It is a forward / backward button and turns on “parking lights” mostly for legality over in the UK. Check that and make sure they’re off, it’s easy to hit and one that isn’t common here in the states. This has happened to me once and this was the cause!...
