You could go with a higher amperage alternator but that may not fix it completely due to the spikes in power demand....

Why is the lcd not lighting up, the connector seems to look fine ( no damage ) so far that I can see.?.. Use a flashlight, try to see if you can see the apple logo or home screen....

Thanks in advance!! This question gets asked pretty regularly but there isn’t a universally loved answer. The screw kits come all jumbled up. You have to measure the screw with a (digital) caliper to find the right lengths....
Chosen Solution iphone 3gs plugged in takes charge for 30 secs then buzzes and goes ‘buzz buzz’ the apple sign comes on and then the screen goes black and then 2 mins latter the same thing again….. SSD for Windows and HDD for Data store. At first boot, PC recognized all device SSD and HDD. I’ve installed Windows and it boot up normally. But after restart, my PC can not detect SSD at DVD slot and of course, PC can not boot to windows....

The good news is, the logic board is located on the side of the phone and likely did not get damaged. That would have caused the whole phone to stop working and required a costly repair. If the phone is still turning on, but the screen and speaker are not working, the water probably caused either a short to these parts, or corrosion....

I am connected to Wi-Fi and the only other option is to click underneath it where it says download anyway, charges May apply. I have not changed or even going into my cell phone settings, Google or Google play store settings since I got the phone quite a few months ago n I got everything set up....

I can’t power it on using the power button (maybe keyboard defect) and to make it worse as soon as I disconnect the power cord it goes off but it shows that the battery is 47% charged. The Battery is not charging and not discharging (tried several adapters) Apples built in check says “good”. I can’t perform the SMC reset because of the defective power button....
Chosen Solution Is replacing the complete assembly of the power button will solve the problem? Yes and no, an aftermarket button will restore the return to home function but not the touch ID that can be restored only by Apple service with the suitable pairing device. The power button is not paired so changing it if it’s broken should fix the issue… u can always get a new button and just plug it in to try it without fully fitting the flex :) The home button is paired to the device changing it will give u the button back but not touchid :)
