Chosen Solution One day, I placed it in hold so it can stay off and not loose charge while I was in school. When I take it out and pushed back the hold button, it would get off of hold. No matter how many times I push it, the hold sign doesn’t do away and I can’t press anything. Chosen Solution My replacement battery from Ifixit will not charge passed 60%. I have done the PRAM and SMC reset. I have downloaded Coconut. I was able to charge to 100% after the SMC reset and about 15 minutes of use it when down to 58%. The replacement battery is no good, it’s full charge capacity is significantly lower than the design capacity. Contact iFixit for a replacement under warranty.

Chosen Solution It might be the power fuse, or the hard disk, I am not sure, but my XPS recently became unresponsive after I closed the lid and let it sleep during my shift. When I reopened the lid and pressed the Turn on button, the laptop was gone. It evidently was put into some sort of deep sleep, and never was able to turn it back on again. I used 110V when I worked on it that time, it functioned perfectly, till it was put to sleep, and the world was never the same....

Chosen Solution Hi, I have a Sony MDR-ZX110 Headphone, its basically new and have only used it for a couple weeks. Last night I tripped over the headphones and after reconnecting them sound from the left side had gone. Right side is working perfectly. No charging lights when plugged in. I tried the charger in his moto and it worked fine, so no issues with the charger.
