Chosen Solution I got a broken Magsafe charger from a relative. She specifed it sometimes charges and sometimes it doesnt. I found that the issue was a loose plug on the 230v side of the power adapter. I cracked the charger open and resoldered the pin. Closed it backed and taped it so noone gets killed. Now this is the strange part, i have my other charger and it works no problem, LEDs and all....
Chosen Solution Hey, I have gone through 5 chargers and they all keep breaking in the same way; the magsafe 2 pins keep burning - like they literally turn pure black and some seem to snap completely. I sadly dont have any pics of the charger but the actual; port on my macbook is slightly discolored but not too bad. I take good care of my chargers, admittedly I didn’t for the first or second one but the rest i took super good care of....
Chosen Solution Just got a LG K10, for some reason if I’m in a dark area the power button/volume buttons become unresponsive. This issue does not exist in well lit environments. Anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone know why this might happen? Performed a factory reset last night, this did not resolve this issue. I will say though I did a little more trouble shooting and I might have figured it out....
Chosen Solution I recently acquired a Power Mac G4 1.25 MDD 2003 era machine. Top-notch cosmetics and I had plans for good Mac times here. But, instead my “new” MDD is suffering from this problem: 1) Attach power cable & DVI connection to Samsung LCD display & USB connection to Apple brand full size keyboard and the optical mouse; 2) Touch the power button above the mirror drive doors; 3) the power button illuminates for just 1 second and then immediately goes back off; 4) Fans spin up - low hum at first, and then the full “wind tunnel” effect; 5) no image appears on the LCD display, and the G4 does not respond to any keyboard commands; 6) I have let this G4 run for several minutes, but no change in the power light status and no responsiveness / output....
Chosen Solution Pressing the power button, Unit does not turn on. Button lights up for a split second, drive does not turnover. Disconnecting power cord and reconnecting does not help. Is the problem the power button or the drive? It’s probably the power supply. Do you get any diagnostic lights on the logic board? UPDATE 2/26/16 The diagnostic LEDs should lit up when you press the power on button if the power supply is good....
Chosen Solution I’m having problems removing the oil pan, i have removed all the bolts but it’s still catching on something, it’s like something’s going through the oil pan not letting it drop @pounder , Clint, If all oil pan bolts are out and pan is loose, you are probably getting hung up by the oil pump sump tube. The engine will have to be lifted a few inches to get clearance for oil pan to drop far enough to clear the oil sump tube....

It wasn’t long before I found out that if I pushed down hard enough on every aux plug in I could get it to play music. With headphones, car aux cords and ihome cords it all works if I push hard enough. It seems as though the connector has become just out of reach?...

Chosen Solution I hear nothing, no fan or anything, I know my logicboard is good because I just changed it not too long ago, and it worked for a while. I have tried all the possible resets that you guys suggest, but none worked. When I plug in my a/c adapter, the light is green on the connector. Then when I hit the power button, it turns orange. The battery is not getting a charge, because the green light on it is not on, and the computer won’t turn on....
Chosen Solution iPad 6thgeneration keeps turning off after having the screen replaced when I dropped it and the screen cracked. It works intermittently. Someone mentioned it may be a problem with the digitizer. Can this be fixed? Faulty screens can cause weird issues. The lcd and digitizer are one piece. If the circuitry is bad in the screen processor chips(on the flex cable),it can cause weird problems. They could’ve knocked off a component as well on the board....

The reason i need to get the safe mode to work is so i can try getting rid of the BLOD… my ps4 is in blod and whenever i hold my ps4 button down it will beep once and will turn system off completely… have seen alot of people say safe mode is a good way to pass the blod… at the moment i have two problems…...

Chosen Solution The keyboard often stops working when I’m typing Try disconnecting and reconnecting your keyboard, making sure you place it firmly. If it’s still not working try cleaning out the keyboard connections on both the tablet and the keyboard with a dry cloth, checking for any debris, before reconnecting it. With the tablet removed from the keyboard, push in the release button at the top of the keyboard (which you push to release the tablet) and look at the small plastic hooks on left and right they need to be both undamaged....

So now i have it at home, and it does connect to my PC, but there is nothing on the screen; it doesnt even light up. Nothing. Chosen Solution Replaced the screen on my g4, I fear I may have pulled the camera out tovhard, apps can’t detect it and flashlight apps say flash is in use tho it’s not on. There may have been damage to the flex cable that connects to the motherboard from the camera. try disconnecting it then reconnecting it. and look for any damage on the camera or on the connector on the motherboard....
