Chosen Solution I have an iphone 6 that has had screen and battery replacement done but randomly had just went blank. The black light it on and it vibrates when charger is connected. The screen does not respond to touch, only button response. Could the LCD have burned out? It could be a bad replacement screen. If the old screen was till functional, I would re-install it to see if the problem is screen related....

Chosen Solution While there’s really no way for me to know for sure without being able to see it and test it I’d check the connection between the disc drive eject button (the metal piece on the inside) and the copper pad on the disc drive board. I’d also double check to make sure that the large flat ribbon cable that goes from the motherboard to the disc drive is in good condition and doesn’t have any of the ears torn off of the ends that go into the connectors....

Chosen Solution I was taking out from a stop sign and midway through the turn I dropped the bike. It broke the clutch, mirror and Scratched the fender. What do I need to do? Do you mean the clutch handle or did you drop it on its side and crack open the clutch housing? Replacing the clutch handle is easy, the housing is a different story. As for the mirror and paint, well thats all cosmetic and easy to repair....

Chosen Solution Yesterday my power went out and when it came on my iMac would not turn on. I thought there may have been a power surge but my NAS and external drives powered up. I looked thru the suggestions in the answer section of ifixit. I held down the power button for about a minute. Chosen Solution For hours, I have been charging my tablet ( androind based ) Lenovo A10 ( Touch Screen Type). However, it yet does not get charged. The battery symbol shows empty. Chosen Solution My phone was working fine, and charging fine, but when i woke up in the morning and went to check my phone the battery was at 35%. I unplugged my phone, and then plugged it back in. I waited a couple minutes and then when i checked it, it still wasn’t charging. I took my battery out and put it back in after 15 min, and tried again… still nothing....

Chosen Solution so i was at lunch and i dropped my phone on the ground acidentally and it didnt crack any more but it was already cracked but the screen displayes weird lines like you would see on a tv channel that dosnt exsist anymore what do i do @brentehdude , Bren, You could change your damaged screen/digitizer assembly to see if that fixes the issue and check and clean all connections/components for further damage while device is apart....

Chosen Solution Hey guys, Ever since I vacuumed my red Persian carpet, last week, the vaccum cleaner started working poorly and after a few days, it started turning off after just a few minutes of use. I opened the panel and replaced the bag and cleaned all the filters. Unfortunately, with no success at all. Chosen Solution So I have this ps4 CUH-1115a that I’ve almost totally fixed, works great EXCEPT for the optical drive(chip size BDP-025). It doesn’t accept discs, it’s almost like the optical drive is OFF when the rest of the console works fine. Eject button doesn’t work or make sounds like the power button does. The rollers are in place, I cleaned it out, the disc shield is down, the switches on the laser board aren’t stuck, the plastic tray is moving freely as it should, I took it apart and put it back together, there’s absolutely no visible reason whatsoever why it’s not working....

Chosen Solution MB Pro Unibody mid 2010 A1278 Installed “memory maxxer” upgrade kit. X2 8GB DDR3 PC3-8500 1066MHz 204 PIN sticks. When power button pressed, the white indicator light in front bezel comes on, the fan spins up, but no booting or beep codes. Removed 1 RAM and repeated with 1 chip in either slot, same results for both new chips. Replaced original RAM and boot is fine, MacBook chuggs right along as it always has....

Chosen Solution Okay, my Note 3 is crashing and reseting itself immediately after it turns on and I try to tap something.
