Chosen Solution I didn’t even want or need to charge my iPad, and it randomly started doing that charging sound repetitively. When I look at lock screen, it flashes “charged %17” and then back to normal, then loops. I tried turning it off but it was still there. It’s driving me insane, help. hello Cherry, In fact, only two possibilities come to mind: it fell earlier and now you feel the effect of that or it was repaired earlier and someone did “that” and the effect is bothering you....

Chosen Solution so when I plug my ipod in to the charger it says its charging but its not it just drains the battery but when I plug it in to my sisters charger it is perfectly fine any ideas to help save my charger before I can buy a new one?' Sorry a bad charger is a bad charger this is something you don’t fix or at least Ive never heard of fixing....

Chosen Solution Both, tha capital letter lock (A) and down arrow lock stay constantly blinking at startup and then eventually shuts down the laptop. Once in a while the laptop bootsup but then freezes and both lights start blinking again. Hi I think this is a sign of graphic chip problem. If you are kean on electronics you can try to reflow the graphic chip. If you get things better you can go forward reballing the chip, but this is an exacting task and must be done by experencend electronics hobbists....

Chosen Solution Hi My screen is working fine after dropping the screen. I would like to change that back of the screen and hinge part to get is working 100%. Is this possible? I have a model A1286. Chosen Solution I unplugged my Panasonic Viera TV TH-P50XT50A 2days ago n it hasn’t come back on (even a standby light) I have tried several options I found on the internet ( disconnect power plug, hold power button on for 60srcs n after 60 secs plug in! Hold the power button for 20 secs n if that don’t work try power button n v+) but nothing works! Can someone please help?...

Chosen Solution everything work fine, tried the hard reset and all, but i have no experience with where the wifi cables and etc. is and so i wont dare to try to open and check before being sure of what it is. Greyed out Wi-Fi on the iPhone 6 after a drop would defiantly be the Wi-Fi chip. This repair would require microsoldering. The repair cost would be around the price of another iPhone 6....

Chosen Solution After replacing the defective screen, I could get every part of the screen sit flush with the body of the phone except the top of the screen. I’ve tried resitting the top a couple of times but doesn’t seem to latch at all. Any ideas what might be wrong or suggestions to get it in correctly? Aftermarket screens are often similar but not perfectly shaped as the originals. If you still have the original screen at hand you can compare them and notice differences....

Chosen Solution I have not seen an answer that matched my issue. Macbook 2010 refurbed by me. I have added the same ADATA 240 OR 480gig to, probably, 100 Macbook Pro units. From 2008 to 2012. I have never heard or seen an issue like this. Hopefully, one of you have. Original drive 320 Apple drive, rotational, works fine but speeds are always better in ssd. Installed Adata 240gig Started up with High Sierra boot usb Run disk utility to format to journaled,run disk First Aid to check for errors....

Chosen Solution Hello, Recently had an iPad pro 12.9 in for repair. Device is dead customer explained before the device was dead it was stuck at one percent showing charging but not increasing in charge. Device was completely un-tampered with so that ruled out any issues during a previous repair. We have tried all the easy options (battery charge port) still no luck! Today we set about replacing the charge IC (something we do commonly) but still no Joy device powered back up at 1% but still wont charge!...

Chosen Solution After approx. 18 months of usage my Vaio VGN-FZ18m became somehow too hot which let to this error code: blue screen: “parity check failed, contact local vendor”; according to my vendor the MoBo got overheated and needs to be replaced: funny is, i could reinstall windows (vista) and it worked fine for like 10 minutes until it became too hot again; i tried to clean the fan and i will do that again with the build-down instruction i found on this board; please, if anyone has some ideas on how to fix that problem or could tell me what to do with my vaio except for selling it on ebay i would be highly greatful!...

If there is no problem when using the earphones and microphone attachment, there may be a problem with the phone’s internal microphone. It may be either faulty or loose from the systemboard. Chosen Solution Phone power cycles between off and apple log when plug in to charger and battery isn’t charging, try to DFU or Recovery mode phone but iTunes doesn’t acknowledge phone plug to PC. Should I try to use a charged battery to update software or is there something else that I can do ? I’m trying not to have to open the phone. Thanks in advance for your answer....

Chosen Solution So, I have recently replaced the screen on an iphone 5 after it was pretty well pulverized. This is not my first rodeo. I have replaced about 4-5 iphone 4 screens, 3 iphone 5c screens, and one other iphone 5 screen. I replaced the iphone 5 screen with a cheapo one that came over on the slow boat, and while I had the phone open I went ahead and replaced the lock/volume buttons, since the lock button was on its way out....

Chosen Solution My sister yesterday accidentally got her Galaxy Alpha into a serial bowl with milk. After turning it off for the night since she is in a trip and can’t put it in rice she tried to turn it on this morning and it looks like it functions as it did before. I would point out that after it fell she immediately pulled it out of there and cleaned it although she did say that milk got into the charging port....

Chosen Solution I just swapped out my old iPhone 4s battery. everything went well. Put everything back together. it stayed on the whole time while lowering the battery to 10% to start recharge. During recharge i noticed the phone going off and on nonstop. I’ve done hard resets several times. Once it was 100% i unplugged and and tried but it still just shuts off after 2-3 mins and will start right back up....

Chosen Solution Is the wind vane ,“plastic fin” connected to the governor rod,or lever, from motor? Is it a spring or wire connection? Or does it just bump against the lever?
