Chosen Solution I was repairing the speakers but noticed, the speakers had already been tampered with, o found out that the speaker was broken and the pins on the logic board were missing. Where can I get a replacement for that? I figure I’ll be soldering it on and I’m thinking about ordering the part from Digikey but I am unsure of the part number. Power Mac G5 has been sitting on the shelf of a business for at least 3-4 years with no use or ever being powered up. Chosen Solution I have replaced the battery in my MacBook Pro model A1398 following your guide. Now when the MacBook restarts, the fan is running very quickly and the MacBook is running VERY SLOWLY as if the CPU is being throttled to a point where the system is unusable. I have tried following steps to reset the SMC but this makes no difference. Please help! Try starting up in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift Key on start up, let’s see if this slow down is related to software....

Chosen Solution My console worked fine except it was very noisy. I decided to change thermal compound and changed it with Arctic MX-4. However, after I had my console assembled back I can’t manage to boot it up. It boots, but no video. Green light is on, fan is working, USB ports have power on them, HDD indicator blinks at the start but then stays off. Controller does not get recognized by console via wireless or cable, it just charges and flashes slowly....

If not under warranty perhaps disassemble the device enough so you can possibly reseat the button internally as maybe dislodged from a retainer/bracket....
Chosen Solution I paid to get my fan replaced a couple of months ago, thinking that the noise would get better and the new fan would stop the constant overheating (even when im just running chrome). I also thought that getting the fan replaced would clear any dust build up. my computer is still overheating so this was not the right decision, are their any ways to improve the cooling without spending a lot of money and is there a chance that dust is still built up in my pc?...
Chosen Solution my macbook pro failed to start up and it gave error message that the har disc fails to mount.service provider says the hard d isc is fine but it has formatedand the os has to be reloaded.i record tv programmes and later burn it in to dvd .it is AVER TV VOLAR GO M which converts analog to digital.will this be the reason for this problem .to burn it to dvd i export it to imovies and then burn it it generates a lot of heat and the exhaust fan rpm goes 5600 rpm....

I think unplugging the charger port ribbon cable should stop the phone from routing the audio to the headphone jack. Chosen Solution Hi everyone, I am experimenting with cleaning up water damage from various iPhone logic boards. So far my luck has been maybe 50/50. I want to improve that. Currently I am cleaning the boards in an unheated ultrasonic cleaner with one part Ammonia, two parts water, and a drop of dish soap. Then I rinse with water and then soak in IPA and touch up with a toothbrush if it looks like I can make a difference....
Chosen Solution I had received a replacement #616-0435 for the #616-0431 to fix Error 29. Now the phone would only hold about a 10 minute charge, I would re-charge it and it showed 100% charge, but would never last more than 10 minutes. I may have gotten a bad battery replacement. The problem turned out to be on the new battery. The electronics on the battery were shorting out, when the phone cover is pressed together....
Chosen Solution I have replaced my old battery with the new one from IFIXIT in my MacBook Pro early 2011. The computer turns of when it is unplugged from the adapter. I’ve only used it a handful of times since replacing the battery and it worked fine until the other day. I tried SMC reset and NVRAM reset but that has not fixed it. I downloaded CoconutBattery and it says the battery is 100% charged....
Chosen Solution No charging, screen show battery temperature low. I’ve only had this issue with a faulty charger port or a badly repaired charger port. Repaired a few tablet and phone charger ports for Samsung galaxy s3, s4 and Samsung Galaxy tablets. If a another charger cable and wall adapter does the same thing then most likely your charger port is at fault.

Now for the past month or so the status menu pops up from my iPad/iPhone but they don’t connect when I put them in my ears 95% of the time.
