Chosen Solution I wanted to accesses the other side of the logic board because of water damage. I took my spudger and popped the little connector that the wires from batter slide into. This connector is located on the top of the logic board middle, closest to the battery, its the set of wires with a water damage indicator on them right in the middle, hard to miss (if that helps)....

Chosen Solution My HP laptop stopped working today. When turned on the power light is lit, but the screen is black. The Caps Lock key light flashes in the following sequence - 5 long and 3 short flashes. HP website shows a possible system board issue. There is nothing displayed when connecting a secondary monitor. If you phone is getting hot it means there’s a short of some sort in the phone , either in the battery or connectors but it could also be a case of the case touching the board or an internal component . Without these things I can’t activate the phone and I’m now stuck in the setup. Chosen Solution The screen has a LOT of white lines crisscrossing the screen which de-mark individual pixels which make it quite unappealing to watch movies,etc. Also when the mac starts up - sometimes (quite often) there is a green imprint in the middle of the screen that adds the colour green to every colour on the screen, but this goes after like about 5 minutes. If I view the screen from the sides I can clearly see the green imprint very clearly....
