Chosen Solution Hi There, I was putting a vinyl wrap on the side where the keyboard and mouse were to hide up a scratch and after I was done the keyboard and mouse stopped working. I had used a hairdryer to stick the vinyl on and a blade to cut through the small gap in the trackpad. So went to do so and Verizon said I need a different imei# now can’t get T-Mobile to do anything with it. I paid an unlock app to do it they say its unlocked but still can’t put with any other company. Chosen Solution I just installed a new hard drive and a new battery in my ipod. The drive is a MK6008GAH from a samsung Q1 Ultra, so claims the ebay seller. The ipod switches on, displays the black screen with apple logo then just the sad ipod screen. Chosen Solution I’ve got a situation where 100% of the LCD (iPhone 6s) works but touches are registered only on the top 50% of the screen, meaning I can turn off the phone but I can’t unlock it. I was thinking of replacing the LCD but wasn’t sure if this would actually fix the problem as it could also be a problem with something further down the chain. Thoughts on whether replacing the LCD assembly (including the digitizer) will solve the problem are appreciated....

Chosen Solution I have a macbook pro 13” retina early 2015. I have High Sierra already installed on it and want to upgrade my internal SSD with the OWC Aura Pro 1TB for more storage. I followed instructions and swapped the PCIe SSD. Got into recovery mode but from Disk Util and Terminal typing diskutil list. My new SSD does not appear. Chosen Solution My ifixit P2 bit cannot remove the screws of my iPhone! I would try a new screwdriver from a different company and look for a professional set. If that doesn’t work and your screen is bad you can pry it open, it will destroy the screen but you should be able to get the screws out. I have run into screws being rounded out and tried torque head bits....

Chosen Solution Hello, Just replaced the LCD/digitizer assembly in an iPhone 5c. After re-assembling the phone, it seems the phone reboots every 15-30 minutes. Nothing else seems wrong. Phone works fine after it reboots. LCD and digitizer working fine. Battery was disconnected during the LCD replacement. I going to re-open it, clean and re-seat the connectors. Any other ideas? Thanks remove and replace your battery and then flash your Iphone 5c....

Chosen Solution I went to charge my pixel and thought I seen a small shock when I plugged it in. Now it won’t charge or turn on. Could this just be a battery issue or is it a bigger problem? If the battery is dead that could be why it’s not turning on, the shock you seen is probably the charging port board so it would need replaced and that’s the only way to check you haven’t fried something on the motherboard...
