I’ve even replaced phone screens for my relatives so this inst my first rodeo However this time i pulled my phone apart and was met with immense difficulty as i had to re-seat the connectors hundreds of times to get a clear screen but setting that aside My phone wont charge or hold a charge…i think?...

Chosen Solution So this customer came in and said he damaged his screen and it wont turn on but you can still tell the phones on because it will vibrate and you can hear siri, so we did a screen replacement but still no display, so we used a cracked screen that we use for testing and removed the back covering on it to shine a flashlight under it to see if we get any display, (forgot to mention that the backlight was not coming on with any of the screens we tried thats why we did the flashlight method which we have done before to get data off an iphone 6) so the phone turned on but you dont see the apple logo, you only see lines from when it was damaged before but then the phone turns on (vibrates) but u still get no display, the only picture u get is lines (from the flashlight we were using to give the device light) I tried a few other spare xr screens and im getting the same issue....
Chosen Solution I have a black screen and I replaced the digitizer and the screen. Plus I did a reset and only the blue light and red come on when turning on or charging. When you mean digitizer is this glass only or the whole screen assembly which includes the display and the glass? If it’s glass only then the LCD is most likely damaged after separating the glass from the LCD....
Chosen Solution Only when closed my MacBookPro charges without overheating. I have reseted the SMC (System Management Controller), but MacSafe area keeps overheating when left charging whilst operating. STOP!! Disconnect your MagSafe charger and turn off your system as you could make things worse! First thing here is to make sure the MageSafe cable is not frayed or damaged if it is you need a new power adapter. As to the next step we really need to know which model you have....

However, it is also directly above the CPU, which is covered by a metallic shield and itself covered with a black tape and a thicker black “cushion”, for lack of a better term. Chosen Solution So recently I update my iPhone to the 11.0.3 , ever since then my phone freezes and just recently my phone has started to get really hot while charging and playing music. I’ve heard other people’s phones have been freezing on them since the new update. But what’s got me confused is the overheating issue. What could be the issue and what should I do? Chosen Solution I changed the microphone and still does not work Diego @ldag461980 Have you checked in the settings that there isnt a mute engaged or if you’ve recently installed an app that may have control of the mic. One last thing check the mic hole to see if something isn’t lodged in it and blocking the pickup. Hope this helps

However if I unplug the battery and plug it back in it fixes it everytime but once the phone takes a knock again it will be dead until I unplug and then replug the battery back in . Chosen Solution I’m playing Minecraft but suddenly it’s restarted and never boot again. I tried powering it off and powering on again but it’s still doesn’t boot up. The problem could be that your battery connectors are faulty. This is actually a common problem with this specific device. Check to make sure that the batteries are well seated in the remote, and if that doesn’t work check to see if the connectors move when you touch them....
Chosen Solution I was soldering my new battery onto the controller board, and the whole soldering pad where you solder the battery pins onto, fell right off. There’s now a black oval on the positive side of the board where I tried to resolder the battery. Any fixes?? I tried resoldering it and the solder doesn’t stay, it dries and sticks to the pin and not the board. A couple of ways, one is to scrape the varnish off the trace until you see bare copper and try solder to that....

Chosen Solution I have a MacBook Unibody mid 2009 model A1342. The original battery would not charge, so I replaced the the battery with another original battery. After the replacement, the MacBook initially did not turn on and then 3 hours later it turned on but the new battery would not charge. Same as the old battery. The battery indicator indicated battery was 20% and “Service Battery”.. I turned off the Macbook to restart it, after changing the date and time settings and it restarted perfectly, however the light on the MagSafe 60w charger never turned red or green....
