Chosen Solution I replaced the battery (from Ifixit) in an early 2013 MBPro, charged to 100%+ then used for one day & discharged to 25% then the computer shut down & wont restart. Chosen Solution I just put in a new Inland Professional SSD and while the SSD is detected on a windows PC, it isnt detected on my Macbook 1,1 in Disk Utility or windows setup. Am I missing a Firmware update or something? For your Mac to see it internally, it will need to formatted GUID Mac OS X Extended Journaled. However it hooked up via USB to SATA adapter it will see it in a DOD or FAT format....

Chosen Solution My tv went black only has sound we have replaced the tcon board still nothing. I bought a bulb for it but we cannot figure out how to change it. @destiney05 not sure what kind of bulb you bought but your TV is a LCD screen with LED backlighting so there should be no bulb to replace. It sounds like your TV just does not have a backlight. This could be an issue with your power board....

Chosen Solution I have an I-phone 3G and although the touch screen is cracked it functions fine. However I have no ring, keypad, alert or alarm tones. The speaker works fine when I make calls, and I can hear the other person clearly. The mute switch is operating OK as it is switching modes (indicated by mute / non-mute icon). I can play music through ear phones but not through speaker....

Chosen Solution So I had a iPhone 6 come in absolutely ebliterated no screen and damage to battery etc. I have replaced the carcus and added a front screen I understand that the Touch ID will never work again. There was no physical damage to the motherboard it wasn’t bent or anything like that. I replaced the whole phone basically and it was looping, so I put it in recovery mode to restore it thinking that would work but kept getting error 4005....

Chosen Solution The on/off button for the my under the cabinet B&D toaster oven will not stay on. The oven part of the unit works fine. I see that the button can be replaced, but where do I get a replacement button? I couldn’t find a replacement oem button for the toaster, you can go to radioshack and pick up a toggle switch and try that or buy a new toaster....

I want to know what chip or part to remove in order to would remove all info about Apple ID (to get past the iCloud Lock). Would changing the Logic board (from an iPhone without the lock) remove the problem? Is there any other way to unlock such an iPhone? Thank you! There is no point doing this....

Chosen Solution My phone was sitting charging, playing music and had at least 50% charge. An hour later, the screen wouldn’t turn on in response to the home button, power button, or any combination thereof (hard reset/DFU). To be clear, the phone was just sitting there. Chosen Solution Pixelbook work perfectly. But I don’t have anything on my screen. If I play with the brightness I can see the screen becoming more dark or more clear. But nothing appear on it. Chosen Solution Even speaking very slowly, the voice to text conversions are constantly riddled with errors. Constantly uses capital letters at beginning of random words. Aggravating, worse phone ever. Moto Gs plus. Hi @ Susan Black, Couple of things to try, to isolate what the problem may be. Try using the phone in safe mode to see if the voice to text feature is any better. If the problems don’t occur (or are a lot less) when in safe mode then a downloaded app may be the cause of the problem....

Chosen Solution The notebook (A1465) had unfortunately contact with water. I have openend it, disassembled the battery and the flash drive and dried everything. After having reassembled everything, I have connected the battery again and the notebook has started normal, but the power supply does not work anymore. If I switch it off, I cannot start it anymore unless I open the case again, disconnect the battery and reconnect it again....

Chosen Solution No sign of life when I tried to boot it up. Can you open up the iMac and check for leaky or bulged capacitors, especially in the power supply? I have attached a picture for reference.

Chosen Solution What do I do if the disk on my ipod cant be read by my computer? It said the disk cant be read nor recieve music. Craige, you did not tell us exactly which iPod you have. Try to place it in diagnostic mode. Check that your hold switch is off by sliding the switch away from the headphone jack. You should not see any orange. Toggle it on and off to be safe....

I’m pretty sure this problem is due to the horrible battery life, but i’m just wondering if anyone has any temporary fixes until i’m able to get a new battery for it. basically, it won’t stay on unless it’s plugged in....

Chosen Solution So, my laptop all of a sudden disconnected from the internet while i was browsing ebay online, i looked on my network settings and my wifi network didn’t show, And the strangest thing is that not even the neighbour’s wifi showed up. I tried a troubleshooter and it detected nothing, it was only when i reboot my laptop it started working again. I just want to know what the heck was going on with my computer even though the issue is sorted…....
