It will require that the connections be soldered however so if you are uncomfortable with that, it is best to have it done by a repair shop. iFixit does not have a specific guide for battery replacement but you can follow this one to open the device and access the battery....
Chosen Solution When I plug my cable into my Samsung wb1100F camera the light may come on for a second and then turn off. I wiggle the cable and once in awhile it will light. It acts like it just doesn’t make a good connection. Can this be repaired? beadyp , Look in the charge port and blow/pick out(carefully) any dust/debri that may be causing an issue also look in the port for any bent pins and straighten very carefully with a tooth pick....
Chosen Solution I upgraded to new Marshmallow 6.0 and it keeps on restarting. Sometimes it will login successfully to the home panel, but most of the time it gets stuck on the Logo and will restart over and over again. I can enter download mode. The Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) may need to be re-soldered to the motherboard. I can’t say for sure if this is the problem since I can’t see it but I have fixed similar problems like you are having. I know it’s not much to go on, but that’s what I think might be happening....
Chosen Solution The disc spins and the stops and then completely stop. I cleaned the inside from dust and I checked the disc reader. Sometimes it works but sometimes it doesn’t get recognized. My other games work fine except for two new discs that I bought recently. Usually when it reads old discs but not new ones it needs a new laser. No way for me to know for sure but that’s what I’d suspect....

Chosen Solution Hello, I’m hoping someone can help me with a problem I’ve got, I’ve bought a broken switch in the hopes of repairing it and selling it on. I’ve taken it apart and found the charging port pins aren’t connected to the motherboard so it’s not taking charge to the battery. It seems to just be the external pins though not the internal ones. So my issue is that the pins don’t reach the little spots of solder on the motherboard so I’m wondering if I could put my own solder in and if the pins need to be individually connected to the mother board or if I could put one line of solder in and connect them all to the motherboard?...

No fan spin, not a single sign of life. I tried re-seating the power cables, even went through and took it all back apart (twice) to ensure I put everything back exactly. Chosen Solution Hi I got this unfortunate situation where my not-2-year old Philips 49PUS6031/12 is having a problem. The Standby LED blinks continously if I power it on. It shows the Philips logo, then the logo goes away for 15-20 seconds (backlight still on) before rebooting briefly and returning to standby mode (static red light). If I press the Netflix button, it shows up the Netflix logo, loading and giving me a no internet error for a split second, before returning to standby mode....

I tried several YouTube suggestions i.e. Power+Volume up/down etc. Any suggestions? thank you. Sounds internal. The power supply for the screen may have been moved because of the fall. First, try connecting to an external monitor, if you do not have a monitor check with friends and family to see if you can use their monitor for testing. If you get the desktop on the external monitor then the problem is the laptop display....
