If they are the real owners they should have cleared the lock or told you. If they can’t … what can I say find a deep lake and give it a good toss....
Chosen Solution I replace the screen and now it won’t power up or turn on. Find My Phone says it is offline. The top by the camera feels warm. You may simply have a defective replacement screen. I would try to re-install the original (presumably cracked) screen to see if the phone works normally. You can also try disconnecting the FCAM assembly to see if that causes the problem. Ultimately, you may have caused some issues on the logic board, as Daniel suggests....

Chosen Solution Under normal circumstances, I would run a jumper from the lifted pad to its corresponding lead, but in this case I have pads lifted that have a contact on both sides. I tried researching this kind of repair but I couldn’t find anything relevant for rebuilding the pad or if it is even possible. What are my options? The pins are K12 and L12. Hard to understand your question as, if we are talking about U3101, both pins K12 and L12 are unconnected, NC, so there’s no need to run any jumper, just leave them alone....
Chosen Solution So, I got two faulty 13" macbooks, one from early 2008 (2.4GHz version) which, I was told, has a faulty graphics card; and the other one from early 2009 (2.0GHz) with broken screen and case damage because of a fall. My question is, can I make from these two broken macs one working? Will the parts physically fit in the other macbook? Keep in mind it’s not just changing the screen of the 09, I also need to replace the case....

Chosen Solution While I wait for my repair parts I’m reading up and studying videos on replacing the charging port . I see that some people loosen the logic board and lift it up slightly to remove the charging port instead of disconnecting camera, etc. in order to remove the logic board first. I’d feel more comfortable not removing all the bits to get to the logic board but I’m worried this will not be safe....

Chosen Solution Have brand new ps4 never played. Comes to a no signal screen unless u hold down power for 2 beeps but i cant figure it out. So if you are saying that you can get into safe mode, then change the resolution to a lower one to see if resolves the problem. From a powered off state, hold the power button down until you hear the 2 beeps plug a controller in and press its PS button you should be able to use the safe mode menu option “4” to restore defaults and “2” to change your resolution....

Chosen Solution I recently dropped my lenovo g50 on the floor, and now the left end of my keyboard is sticking up from the body of the laptop. I can see the small plastic hooks that are used to hold the keyboard in place aren’t broken, they’ve just unhinged themselves. Chosen Solution My Iphone was working just fine until it ran out of battery so I left it to charge for about an hour or more then I went to check on it I found it still at 1% every time it boots I enter the password it restarts it doesn’t stop until it runs out of juice . I tried hard resets , removed the sim card , I reset it to its factory settings , I tried manually updating the IOS and I tried disconnecting the battery (which I replaced exactly a year ago) and waiting till the capacitors were out then reconnecting it but all of that haven’t affected it ....
