Chosen Solution Several months ago I added memory which helped quite a bit but now it seems to be going quite a bit slower again, coinciding with it frequently running in the background. Sounds like you have either a very full drive and/or needs defragmenting. Or, the drive is failing. Best thing here is first make a good backup of your stuff, then create if you don’t have one presently a bootable external drive....

Chosen Solution My tablet comes on and I can use it when it’s connected to the keyboard, but can’t touch the screen to get it to do anything. It just started today and I’ve been using it for about a month now. Hi @emyrodgers , You’ll have to replace the digitizer (touchscreen) in your tablet or at least check if it is connected properly to the systemboard. Firmware is 7.1.0-16E - So requires 10 digit unlock code. For anyone else with this issue, if you phone Nintendo UK on +44 (0)345 60 50 247 you can have it shipped to them with a freepost label they send to you and they will format it and remove the parental lock free of charge....
Chosen Solution Will open and read CD’s. Rejects DVD’s. Can I clean somehow or do I have to replace the optical drive? dvd module will read CD’s but not DVD’s is a problems similar to yours and it might help you to check it out. But to make a long story short (and If you had a PC I would be sure), you need a new combo drive. Again, just my 2 cents...
Chosen Solution I’m having a problem similar to the “iPod Classic NOT RESPONDING to any touch!” thread. The bottom ‘play/pause’ button doesn’t work well and the ‘skip back’ button doesn’t work at all. I took the device apart and have found the 2 problem buttons aren’t clicking like the others. You can literally hear the ‘click’ when I press the working buttons but the bottom button barely makes a sound and the right is silent....
Chosen Solution I have replaced many iPhone 7 screens now but I’m having a high ratio of phones coming back to me because of issues with the touch after the replacement. I’ve just been contacted by another customer saying that the screen has a mind of it’s own, pressing button on it’s own etc. I’m buying what I consider to be good quality screens, certainly not cheap nasty ones. I’m installing correctly and testing before I give back to the customer (with the customer present) and all works great but within 24 hours they develop issues....
Chosen Solution I just removed the casing for a first time battery change after 18 months since I bought this device, and discovered that the foil on the hard drive is split, with a connector peeking out. In all other images/videos for this model, the foil is intact and no connector is visible. Can anyone explain what might have happened here? Chosen Solution I have a mid-2012 13’ Unibody MacBook Pro. After a spill, the power button does not work if the battery is attached. I was following the directions to power on from the “power pads” when I discovered that if the battery is not attached, but the computer is connected to AC power the button works just fine. Short term my solution has been to just never shutdown the MacBook, but I would like to try and fix the problem....

Chosen Solution After a couple of power bumps to our home’s system, and power was restored, all home electrical panel breakers were still in the on or untripped position. The 6 outlet power strip, my iMac was plugged into, was still on, again, untripped, but my iMac will not turn on. I have tested the power cable from the power strip to the iMac, it’s OK.
