Chosen Solution while removing the connector of the cable of the right fan, I broke the socket off the logic board. it is intact and in good shape. Is there a way to resolder it to the logic board or is there any glue or other way to refix this socket.? I tried to put a piece of foam on the top, hoping the back cover would keep it in place, but the right fan has 0 rpm....

I am currently on High Sierra (10.13.5). Basically kernal_task spikes to 200-5000% -> fans spin up full -> my macbook obviously then acts sluggish for 5-10 seconds but sometimes longer. The Console is standing completly free on a desk, so hot air cant be the reason for it.
