Chosen Solution I recently purchased my 2002 Ford Explorer Limited and my left high beam will not turn on. So I purchased new bulbs and the left high beam still will not turn on. Then I checked the blue 20amp Bussman female maxi fuse at F1 19 via the see thru plastic cap and the fuse is fine. So I pulled the fuse, checked the 2 flat contact points in the fuse box with my circuit tester with the engine on and grounded to my battery....

These need to be transferred from the original assembly to the replacement as they are linked to the logic board. This is a specialized repair and not all repair shops offer it.

When I click the lock button it sometimes does display the screen properly and the touchscreen works when testing it , but when I lock it again and try to unlock it the backlight only turns on and the screen displays no image ....

Chosen Solution My laptop when I turn it on runs normally the Thinkpad logo comes up then the rollback as always. But then where normally the sign in page would be the screen is blank, it is still on and gives off light but it is just a black plain screen. Chosen Solution I report success!! :) Having tried and failed with fitting a folded piece of paper in the bezel fix, I reverted to using Credit card light bleed fix with a variation. first move the tips of your fingers and very lightly press along the very eages of the screen and the bezel itself along the light-bleed and a little beyond it you should notice that when you hit just the right pressure point that small parts of the light-bleed will disappear under your touch these are the areas you will be targeting....

Chosen Solution I just put a new midframe on a 3G and now the proximity sensor is not working. When I bought the midframe I was told it can be used on a 3G or 3GS. send it back, unless you think you have damaged your connection somehow?If you have changed the digitiser glass this may be the source of your problem and not the sensor as such. Also need to find out why you were changing the midframe in the first place as this may be part of your problem

Chosen Solution DS doesnt power on. Orange light comes on when A/C is pluged in and battery charges. When i press power button the green light comes on and then top screen flashes and bottom screen doesnt come on, then the DS turns off. i checked the fuses F1 and F2 and jumped both fuses, but the same thing still happens. Does anyone know how to fix it? There is a short in the system....

Chosen Solution When i connect my headphones via Bluetooth it only plays sound in the one side but when I plug in the Aux cable it plays in both. Hi, Have you tried a different BT source just to prove the problem is in the headphones? If it is, it may be a dirty or faulty aux socket in the headphones. What headphone speaker is not playing, Left or Right? Not quite sure if your headphones are like this but in some the aux socket has internal contacts that change over to disconnect the BT and connect the aux input when a cord is inserted....

Anyhow ZTE phones have the charging port soldered to the board. So you will have to find a way of taking the phone apart, removing the circuit board and desoldering the port. Then you have the chore of trying to find a proper replacement....

Unless the damage is minor, it’s highly unlikely to be unless the fault is a fuse which took all of the damage and it’s easily replaced. Most of these are cheaply built and tend to have damage that go across the entire electrical circuit....
