Chosen Solution Once A/C is plugged in transformer clicks on and off continuously until unplugged. possibly something to do with current protection mode? no noticeable issues with wiring, fuses or capacitors. Chosen Solution I replaced the battery on an iphone 5s using the ifixit kit. Everything is working fine except the power button. It clicks but the phone won’t turn on/off. Any ideas? First of all, double check if the volume button + power button ribbon that goes under the battery at the upper part of the battery is plugged into the connector on the logic board. The power button + volume cable ribbon is most likely damaged from when the battery was being pryed up near the top left part....
Chosen Solution Customer dropped their phone. It now powers off and back on independently and sometimes when the power/lock button is lightly touched. Any ideas guys? Its really common for the power buttons to go bad on the S3. I would try replacing the power button, it is soldered but a pretty easy thing to replace if you’re familiar with soldering type of repairs.
Chosen Solution What is the matter? It could be many things. First I would check to see if it is getting fuel, then check the spark plug for carbon and gap then the charge going to the spark plug. There is a fuel lock (electrical cylinoid) at the bottom of the carburator that could be stuck. I had this problema and fixed it by taking it off and cleaning it. Started right up afterwards....

Chosen Solution when the PS3 is hooked up with component cables and composite cables it has no color we have tried many cables including brand new ones from the store. however when we hook it’s up with HDMI it works fine.. coreyneyrinck, make sure that you have your PS3 set to composite cables, not component cables. If you use composite cable on a composite output, you will only get black and white....
Chosen Solution Timeline: Phone was dropped, screen was smashed. Replaced screen, and tried to replace battery, but broke the volume/vibrate/ribbon ribbon cable trying to do that. Broke top antenna connector off the wire. Re-soldered it back on. Reassemble, powers up, but no vibrate. Phone connects to wi-fi, makes calls. Screen has a defect, but operates. Disassembled, replace battery, replace vibrator, replaced another new screen assembly. Reassemble.. powers up, still no vibrate....
Chosen Solution Just purchased a replacement jack and hold switch plus a new battery from ifixit. The jack had been working previously but the hold switch had been damaged on my first repair. Replaced both components with no issues and confirmed all ribbon connections tight. Coming from a technical background I am confident everything has been installed correctly (hold switch now works) however the left speaker does not work on any headphones or speakers....
