Chosen Solution Hi all, I have a 2.4GHz MBP late 2008 model that will not turn on, no fan noise, so I am pretty sure that it is not a display issue. I have it connected to my power cord which is showing that the battery is charged (green light). The only suggestion I can find online is resetting the SMC, which did not work. Is there anyway that I can determine what piece of the hardware is causing the issue so that I can replace it myself?...

Chosen Solution It is broken and software constantly pops up asking if I want to us the headphone jack. Do I have to replace the entire laptop case ? Also is there a way to stop the software from popping up and have it set on headphone? You can buy and replace this part but you will need the part number. it is soldered onto board you will need a soldering pen & electronics solder....

Chosen Solution it turns on for like a second then turns right off then you cant turn it on again unless you turn the power off at the wall and press the ps button on your controller. please help Hi Kris. Does the Console have any notable history of drops or of water damage? Are the vents filled with particularly heavy deposits of dust? Any of these answers may point closer to a solution, but PS4 repair can be pretty open-ended if the cause is unknown....

Chosen Solution The speaker of my photo frame isn’t making any sound, is there any way to fix this? Usually dust and dirt is building up in the speakers. Make sure to clean it up and try it again to see if its making any sound. If that is not the solution to your problem, try to go on troubleshooting page.

Chosen Solution i have installed mac OS X Lion 10.7. and the USB ports are not working. Disconnect all your USB devices except the keyboard and repower. If it works, then do the same for the mouse. I want to use GarageBand on my Windows PC as my friends have told me it’s way better and doesn’t crash at all. Any suggestions? Yes, I agree with your friend that Garageband is surely a better DAW than fruit-loop. I am using it on my Mac. It doesn’t crashed at all for me....

Chosen Solution This is on an HP 2711x monitor. Try as I might, I can’t get the flat cable back in. Does a piece of the connector raise up to allow easy insertion? I’ve tried prying in various directions, but I don’t want to break it. Any tips appreciated. It turns out that the white plastic piece slides OUT, not UP. Chosen Solution I have a 2005 eMac and it has over 5,000 pictures… how can I transfer them off? I can’t use a USB because they all need newer programs than what is installed. Any suggestions? You just need the raw data off so that it is accessible. The pictures can then be imported into whatever program you want. So an external USB drive will work. Just drag and drop your data onto the external drive....

Chosen Solution I am really stumped by this problem, and I’m really hoping you guys can help as I’m pretty sure it’s a hardware issue… Basically, I get no audio from my MacBook Pro Retina 13" Late 2013 A1502 16Gb 2.6GHz - everything else works beautifully as ever with this machine (incl USB & power) apart from the sound. Chosen Solution Ipad 2 back-light or LCD not working. unit was not dropped. I have sound because it lets me know i have email. digitizer works, i will swipe my finger where you unlock and it makes the unlock sound. I attached to my tv via hdmi accessories cable and ipad displays on tv. not sure if it is logic board issue or needing new LCD. Please Help i had a repair on iPad 2 recently, in that case it was weak connection between LCD and LCD cable, had to clean it and reconnect....

Chosen Solution hey guys. i did a screen repair on iphone 8+ after screen repair earspeaker + proximity sensor are not working. the flex doesnt seem damaged and i tried puting it back to the original screen but still no solution. anyone had the same problem ?? Unfortunately, the Front Camera flex cables on the 7s and 8s are very fragile. It is entirely possible you may have accidentally caused damage so small that it can only be seen with a microscope....

Chosen Solution Hey guys, Just wondering if you can help me or have experienced the same problem as I have. I have a 2017 13” MacBook Pro, with a battery cycle count of 632 and condition: normal. I’m having an issue whereby when I charge my system it doesn’t seem to wanna charge at all, some days it would charge normal till full and somedays it wouldn’t. I’ve tried doing SMP reset etc, changed the fuse in the charger and ran the onboard diagnostic with no problems found… So I’m not sure what the problem could be…cable, battery?...

Chosen Solution once power level has dropped enough to where the phone powers down and needs to be put on the charger, it takes different amounts of time to regain enough power to turn back on, but when it does it shows 100%. sometimes it just shuts off for no reason with the same result of showing 100% charge level. #2 question is i saw some things being offered for sale and now i cant find them....

Chosen Solution I’m trying to replace the HDD on a mid 2010 Mac Mini with a SSD. I followed the iFixit guide (Mac mini Mid 2010 Hard Drive Replacement) but forgot to put the spacer on the back of the SSD to make up for the difference in depth from the original HDD. Chosen Solution I was trying to fix my power button but instead I think I bricked my phone. I think while trying to pry out the battery I broke off two IC chips. Currently my phone keeps searching for a signal and also the power button doesn’t seem to work but I’m sure the button is functioning and properly plugged in.
