Chosen Solution Hi. My lightning port was working not well, i have to press or maybe bend the cable a little so it might work. Then we decided to replace it today. I ordered the charging port and succesfully changed. Screen, mic, speaker, even headphone jack working as it should be. But my phone is not charging. The battery ran out so the device shut down, when i put my charger, phone boots up, waits 1-2 secs, then shut down again due to dead battery....

Chosen Solution EDIT: Now I’ve reset it, and I can’t get in at all! It says “SIM required” on setup. After replacing the screen on my iPhone 4 for the second time (The first repair didn’t last long), the repair was relatively successful with (most) functions working properly. However, after booting up my phone, I find it does not recognize the SIM card. I have tried inserting the sim card from my sister’s phone (which is identical) with no luck....

Chosen Solution After the camera was dropped the picture on the screen is moved about 1/2 frame. Any way to correct the alignment to center frame again @hotcana there is really no adjustment on the LCD screen. It looks like the driver board is off. I would open the camera up and see if the display cable is fully seated and straight inserted. If it is, then consider replacing the LCD....

Chosen Solution Recently I changed the LCD of iphone 5s, now it cant add a fingerprint. This message is showing all times: FAILED - SORRY, THE OPERATION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. Chosen Solution I purchased a new upper body case from iFix it for my Macbook Pro because the keyboard got liquid spilled on it. I was able to replace it without to much difficulty and after first power up some buttons on the keyboard were not working. I took the bottom off again and checked all of the connections everything is secure, now when I power it up none of the keys work!...

Chosen Solution I took my laptop apart to fix my dc power jack and everything seems to be working fine my keyboard light are on so it shows that the keyboard works but whenever I try to type anything the non of my keys work so I can’t even type to get into the laptop The keyboard and backlight have 2 separate cables. Chosen Solution My mac was working just fine the other day but today when I turned on my mac, it run refind (I have refind installed) and I chose to boot from my macos Mojave partition. But during the middle of the loading screen, my mac screen turned black (my mac does this normally during the middle of the loading screen when I boot from my Mojave partition, but it only lasts up to 5 seconds and then resumes loading regularly) but then mac started beeping three times every few seconds and the front led flashed in sync with the beeping, so I forced shut down my mac and tried turning it back on hoping the problem would fix itself but when I turned my mac back on the problem still continued but the screen never turned on unlike the first time...

Chosen Solution My MacBook Pro retina 13" screen isnt working. When I turn the mb on the screen gets illuminated but keeps black screen. Sometimes (usually when I plugged out the HDMI cable) the image comes back and I can see my desktop with all the colours but it blinks and finally fade to white like its burning. Also I can use the mb with an external display via hdmi and works as usual with my normal desktop....

Chosen Solution So my phones screen is cracked. But the touch screen and everything is working perfectly. How much will it cost to fix it? @efreedy sounds like you need to replace the display assembly. Use this guide for that. Unless of course you have an LCD separator OCA and other tools and experience to just changed the LCD. Cost for that around $40USD at places like this and others.

Chosen Solution My tablet wouldnt go on so i held the power button and yhe volume up. Now it goes on but it wont stay on and it keeps flashing. Lines flash across the screen. It shows that it is charging when plugged in. Hi, Has the tablet been dropped or gotten wet at all? Try disconnecting the battery, then hold the power button operated for about 10 seconds before reconnecting the battery, to see if this will reset the tablet....

Chosen Solution I have an iMac, the logic boards serial #W800207M49GWA It is under maintenance and I requested the logic board number and they sent the two pics below. Am I missing something? I’m looking for a seven digit code and cannot see it. As far as I know the logic board number I need is 820-2494. Any help is much appreciated. Apple doesn’t always place the board number on the exposed side....

Chosen Solution Hi, i just replaced the battery in an ipod touch 5th generation but the issue i’m having is the battery level jumps when charging. If i charge the battery from like 20%, it will jump up to like 100% charged after only a minute on the charger. Then when i unplug it, the level will go down from 100% back to like 20%. Something is not reading the battery level properly and i don’t know what it is....

Chosen Solution Hello, I have a Nikon MH-23 quick charger. Some months ago, it suddenly stop charging the battery. Even the LED indicator doesn’t turn on. I checked the fuse and it’s ok. The voltage after the diode bridge is correct. The control IC also has voltage to feed it (5Vdc). In the output of the the flyback secondary side the voltage is also present (8Vdc). I tested the LED individually and it’s fine, in fact I notice that the control IC don’t send voltage to it....

Chosen Solution I recently purchased this device off eBay knowing that it was unable to receive a charge. In the seller’s pictures the device was shown to be able to turn on, but by the time the device arrived to me it had used up what little battery it had left and is now dead. Chosen Solution How can I turn off my iphone 6 with no home button or screen working? I replaced the screen and I need to go back in and adjust the home button (I don’t think it was locked it properly). But I need to turn if off before I pry it open. Just disconnect the battery connector. It is completely safe to do so and you will have to disconnect it anyway if you remove the screen....
