Chosen Solution I have a 2011 MacBook Pro which when plugged into power dose not boot with or without the battery. one of the battery indicator lights flashes rapidly about 20 times and the MagSafe connector stays a constant green. I have tried reseating the RAM, different ram, different battery, different charger, resetting SMC and nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated You likely have a damaged charging logic on the main board....

Chosen Solution Hi, I’ve had 2 iPhone 7s sat for a long time without being charged etc, replaced the screen of one obviously disconnecting the battery etc first. Plugged it in to test it and the screen flickered on but I didn’t notice if anything come up and now it’s been left on charge but isn’t coming on.. am I right in thinking the battery is dead as it’s been left depleted ?...

Chosen Solution I have a 2016 vizio p50-c1, love it but recently has a problem on the panel. Looks like a panel is damaged somehow, but it hasn’t moved in a year. Here’s a picture of the spot, about 3" high on the bottom of the screen, is there on all colors Dropbox link to pic This looks like a liquid is between the top two layers on the set. I would suspect that a cleaner was sprayed onto the screen for cleaning and some got behind the top layer....

Chosen Solution I have an iPhone 6 that was boot looping and I went ahead and opened up the phone to see if there was water damage or even hardware damage on the phone when I unplugged the proxy the phone booted up perfectly, I did a software update to see if this can fix the problem and it still shuts down or boot loops with the proxy plugged in....

Chosen Solution I have iPhone white 5c. The phone worked fine until one day the battery hit 0% and it would not recharge. I replaced the battery and it worked fine until it hit 0% again when it would not charger again. After it the battery hits 0% nothing shows up on the screen. HELP!!! I would try changing the charging port first and if that doesn’t fix it it’s probably the tristar ic which is the chip that controls charging and data transfer....

Chosen Solution My ipad air 1st gen got smashed up - rear case distorted and LCD and digitiser shashed. I followed the guide and managed to strip it down, bought a new rear case and re-assembled it. All looked good. Made sound when plugged power in and could see it on the network so I went to the next stage and bought a new LCD and digitiser. After first getting a duff LCD, I bought a second hand genuine one and all worked fine, as does the digitiser....

Does the car or suv have a lot of miles , have you ever had a steering pump issue where you lost fluid if so you may need to refresh the fluid . Run some steering fluid cleaner through the system and put new fluid in ....

Chosen Solution After 3 days i found the problem, when i make pressure to the battery connector with my finger it works perfect, sometimes for 5 minutes, then the iphone turn off again and no charge. What can a i do? cleaning it? if i put something in the phone like a EVA Rubber it seems to work, this can broke the screen or something? Thanks It sounds like one of the solder ’legs’ off of the battery connector has cracked....

Chosen Solution I was using my phone like normal and the battery went to 0 and the phone shut down now it won’t charge Wireless or wired. 2x note8’s in the house with 4x wired chargers and 2x wireless and all confirmed working with other note8. Plugging them in and holding power + volumn ^ and √ and bixby and every combination doesn’t work and no water damage but I did drop once from waist height (shame my butter fingers and it was only a week old) but that doesn’t constitute this because a whole month gone by of use from it before this…...

Chosen Solution I accidentally dropped my phone on my chromebook and the screen went all weird, as in line going vertically and horizontally while the rest of the page was still appearing. So I turned off the chromebook to see if turning it off and on again would work, but it hasn’t turned on yet and it’s been a couple hours. About 7 years ago the thermostat stopped working so the dryer wouldn’t dry. I changed out the thermostat and it worked fine for 7 years. Now it stopped drying again. Chosen Solution the home button is broken it suddenly goes and disrupts my calls and it notifies me that I need to get it serviced is there anything i can do?? please help? thanks. The Home Button on the iPhone 8 can only be repaired/replaced by Apple (same as the iPhone 7). The only thing third-party repair shops can fix is the “click” function.

Kevin, that is a broken LCD. Part of the electronics that is connected to your LCD panel has failed. You could try and see if you find something obvious, but most likely you will have to replace the panel....

Chosen Solution I have replaced several iPod Touch 4th Gen screens, but I always have trouble getting the screens to stick properly on the top edge. I usually use new adhesive on all 4 edges, and sometimes I include the metal plate, and sometime I don;t (I have trouble getting it in the right place) So does anyone have any tips on how to get the screen to stick better at the top, or how to get the plate aligned better?...

Chosen Solution microwave stopped operating and display went blank. Unable to get it to work. AC outlet is working fine,tried unplugging unit and re-plugging unit with no response,display totally blacked out, wondering if it’s power cord,how can I evaluate this problem? you could check the fuses on the power cord..but even if they have blown I’d still throw this away… the fuse blew for a reason! microwaves are cheap, and repairing them seems to be something that none of us here are willing to undertake…....

Chosen Solution Hi there, I was using my Macbook as normal today, when it just instantly shut off. (Not like the battery had died and it would normally go into its hibernation). I then tried to turn it back on, but it did nothing (no lights, fans etc..) After looking at the magsafe I noticed that there was no status light on it whatsoever. Chosen Solution I have a samsung refrigerador rs267td, water pressure has been getting low now no pressure,not frozen installed new filter same thing removed filter works great update on problem new filter for a day . had to get service tech ,he came in and new the filter housing was defective ,installed part works great the cost was $323.00 with NO help from sansung they will not cover part one and half years old because of wear and tear the filter was changed twice in that time so much for there great product ....

Chosen Solution Hi all, Wine spill accident involving small children! I tried to pour as much out before putting it in a dry rice ‘bath’. Left it for a day and managed to get it to boot and load (with a few grains of rice getting shredded in a fan), the keyboard and track pad where unresponsive, with a ’no keyboard’ message displayed, but I managed to use USB substitutes to log on and get a time machine backup....
