Chosen Solution My MBP 4,1 (model A1260) stopped making sounds suddenly… I’ve read hundreds of posts on the internet but nothing seems to help. Here are some symptoms : Built-in speakers don’t make any sounds. No sound coming from output jack (headphones or external speakers). The mic (line-in) jack don’t work either. Chosen Solution So we had to change the oil pan gasket on our 1995 Ford Probe SE. Piece of cake. New oil, new filter. Oil leaking from oil pressure switch so we had to remove the oil filter to get to the switch. When we removed the oil filter there was no oil in the filter. And we had just driven 22 miles. Chosen Solution Can someone suggest what to try next? TV is an LG 47LA6200-UA. Symptoms are: NO power at all. Not even the red LED standby light. Chosen Solution My iphone 3GS has no sound neither through the headphones and speaker nor through the earpiece. Furthermore it starts again every few mintues and random noise can be recognized through the earpiece. When I disconnect the ribbon cable 3, the iPhone stops restarting, but there is still no sound from the speaker and the headphones. Does anyone has a hint, where the problem is? Chosen Solution Hi. I have taken apart my hp 15-f272wm in order to repair keyboard that was missing buttons. Upon putting it back together. I am unsure which screws go where as some are longer than others. @sambam5150 check this guide HP Flyer Red Keyboard Replacement for a description of the screws.

Chosen Solution Even though I have changed my Engine Oil, my dashboard is still flashing ‘Change oil". @longdicky ,Kuuku, Reset oil service light procedure. Turn the ignition on without starting the engine, press accelerator pedal to the floor three times within five seconds, If oil life light flashes(system is resetting), turn off ignition when light stops flashing. Repeat process if it does not work the first time. Check the video links below also to see the procedure....

Chosen Solution iMac G5 17" EMC No. 2055 early 2005 After powering on, this iMac only displays a blue screen with a small folder icon with the finder icon superimposed in the center of the screen. Chosen Solution When playing music only one side works but when I turn it on and off it works both sides. I tried aux cord having it stay plugged in a wall. Also tried it with 2 different phones IPhone SE and Galaxy S7 Could be that one of the channels in the amplifier is dead, or one of the speakers has blown out due to excessive volume (those tiny speakers sure do push a lot of sound)....

Chosen Solution I saw the teardown pages for the keyboard, and I just want to open mine, clean whatever ‘gunk’ is in it (I think some liquid got in it when I cleaned the keys even though I used a damp cloth for that & sprayed the cleaner on the cloth, not the keyboard itself), preventing several keys from working and put it back together, but I don’t want to ruin it (in case I ever decide to sell the iMac)....

Chosen Solution Hi, I’ve got a MacBook Air with a broken screen (backlight layers dirty/broken) but mainly use it on an external monitor anyway. It seems any screen repairs will be hardly worth the effort and cost, I would need a new screen unit - the layers alone are hard to get and repair. Therefore I had the idea of just running the MacBook without the screen. I saw a guy on YouTube who had modified a notebook like this, basically running it as a keyboard with in built computer....

Chosen Solution A camera instructor changed the setting on my D90 so any overexposed areas would flash on each photo as I reviewed shots taken. Anyone know how to change this setting back so that it won’t blink in a distracting manner? Press the “Disp” button. As in display. That fixes it on most cameras. Otherwise, look in settings and turn off “highlighting” or “Zebra”. Press the up or down arrow twice and it will go away....

Chosen Solution My BLU Advance 4.0 won’t pair with my Plantronic M55. Doesn’t even see it. How do I pair them? It paired. What I did was while pressing and holding the call button on the M55, I then tapped the “search for device” on the BLU. Have you paired the Plantronic with anything in the past?Hereis the guide for the headset, which should help you through the pairing process. If you have paired in the past and this is the first time it hasn’t worked, let me know....

Chosen Solution So, I read one of the guides on how to repair an iPhone 6s that went through the wash, and it says I need to use 90% isopropyl alcohol to clean the circuit boards inside. Will 70% work, as that is what most people will have for medical reasons? Thanks. If your iPhone went through a washing machine cycle I’m afraid whatever alcohol you may use it won’t make much difference; when a phone is submerged water gets literally anywhere and disposing of residues would need professional tools to remove metal shield protections and ultrasonic bath to start with....

Is it possible to use generic replacement parts and get it running again? Unfortunately, the Late 2005 Power Mac G5 series uses a custom power supply, as do all Power Mac G5s. To make matters worse, these supplies are rated at 750W to 1kW depending on the model....

Chosen Solution My brother tried fixing the right analog stick months ago (the right analog stick inputs buttons 1,2,3,4 back then), he did something in the regedit and x360ce but when I told him that the ANALOG button should be pressed, the right analog stick does not input buttons anymore, but the problem is now it moves on it’s own even while playing some games. I’m thinking maybe he did something in the regedit or x360ce, changed some values maybe I dunno, that caused the problem....

Read many Q and A’s to discover that this problem can be multiple components from the power supply board to the main board and even the led strips in some cases. I’ve tried unplugging the unit for 24hrs twice with no luck. I have removed the back cover to visually inspect for damaged capacitors or loose connections and found nothing....
