If I lightly push the power button I see a glow from the back light and if I hold the power button then I get a half screen that says " Slide to shut down your PC". It doesn’t matter if I slide up or down I never get a picture again. I have no keyboard to help make light and dark adjustments. Chosen Solution I just replaced the battery in the A1522 iPhone 6plus model. But the life percentage still jumps around as it did before replacing the battery. It is the second time it has been replaced. I believe this is a software issue at this point. Can I get some direction on where to go with the issue to be resolved? If you believe this is a software issue, then I would recommend a backup and then do a hard reset and if that doesn’t work, consider a full DFU restore....

After putting them back in I went to take photos and everything worked like it should. It turned on but nothing on the screen. I tried to take it photos and everything worked like it should except for the screen. Chosen Solution No sims is the display shown on screen. Sims tray appears fine and not bent. Phone store tried several sims card and had the same display. What else could it be? Check the sim reader for any debris or some of the pins are not making contact with the sim card due to damage, bending , etc. The sim holder is probably damaged. There is a contact in there that opens when a sim is inserted....

Chosen Solution For some reason my engine drain plug keeps leaking. Why? Ron Bridenback, could be a few reasons for that. If it leaks from the drain plug, check for any cross threads, stripped threads, or cracked housing. You could consider either to use teflon tape around the plug, or to use a felt washer. Make sure that the torque for the plug it right. do not over tighten it.

Chosen Solution A part of my display flickers. If you would divide the screen into 5 columns, one of them, the second to the right, flickers heavily. Not all the time, but most of the time. Sometimes shifting the screen can make it go away (coincidence?) or reduce it to a bright flickering. Usually, it is a flickering of black and white boxes and lines. The working lines in that area are half shifted to the right....

Chosen Solution Iphone 5 had a bad lightning connector, would not charge battery. I ordered a new lightning connector and a new battery. I followed the instructions from the web site and it worked for about three days. I charged it to 100% then shut it off. Two days later it will not power up and won’t charge. Any help with this would be appreciated. Hard to say. It’s possible that one, or even possibly both, of these parts just wasn’t in good quality....
