Chosen Solution My 2 year old got a hold of my phone and gave it the tomahawk treatment into the wall. It seems to work for a few minutes then will turn off by its self. Then boot back up on its own , this process keeps happening till I manually turn it off. I’m thinking it has something to do with hardware. Now when I engage the switch, the motor sounds as if it is turning, but nothing moves like it is off track or perhaps cables that use to be connected are not now. Chosen Solution I bought a prestrung Tree several years ago. After the second year most of it won’t light. It will light in very small sections. I’ve tried replacing fuses in plugs which didn’t work. The company never answers their phone. I’ve pretty much had it. We store the tree in a Tree bag in our outdoor storage closet. Any help will be appreciated. Chosen Solution I’ve got the famous going black z5 phone on phone calls problem. I am pretty sure it’s the proximity sensor distance from the glass. As I can press the corner to make it almost work properly. My questions are where is the sensor and is it separate from everything else? My guess was is on the motherboard possibly? Chosen Solution One day I pressed down on the home button and it got stuck on the front panel. I have tried to get it out by pushing strongly on the button at different angles and that isnt working. When i took it to the apple store they told me they can replace the device but that would cost one hundred dollars for a swap. Is there some kind of fix for this?...
Chosen Solution I give my iPhone 7 to a technician to fix a faulty charging port, he did replace it with another charging port I am sure it is not original, and suddenly the home button is stuck and I can not press it or use touch ID. I came back to the technician with this problem and he replaced my screen with another screen and the home button works again, he said its an original screen but I do not think so because of the colors and the price....
Chosen Solution I’m not sure what version I have of the PS3 because it was a gift a few years ago (but still in the package when I got it) but I was playing a game when the screen froze, so I left it for a good few minutse to see if it would fix on its own and when it didn’t I tried to reset it but it wouldn’t turn off, so I unplugged it and plugged it back in....

I have 2 bands that came apart within 2 weeks of each other. I contacted Fitbit support with backup photos on the website and they have replaced both. I am in dire need of a new battery but now I am worried about having it done because of all the crap (and it very likely was) they told me about how the new battery would cause screen issues etc. I bought the phone 2nd hand, and the screen performance is excellent....
Chosen Solution I got a new screen and it’s coming away from the plastic bezel frame thing. What’s the best way to go about getting it back together? Double sided tape? Glue? Best thing would be take a couple of pics and ask for replacement. Factories use cold pressed glueing but if you try removing the bezel completely chances are to damage screen painting. For smaller repairs with limited damage i use a drop superglue after carefully masking the glass....

Chosen Solution Suddenly our TV won’t turn on. The red light that is normally on when the TV is off is also not on. Check the power socket and the power cord. Connect a known working appliance to the socket to check if the socket is indeed live. If your TV has a detachable power cord, make sure plugs at both ends are fully seated.If you’re positively sure that the socket is live and the power cord is OK, unplug the power cord and leave it unplugged for half an hour before plugging it back in....
Chosen Solution In the troubleshooting guide everything points to Headphone Jack, but replacing it had no effect. It seems in a lot of online discussion groups the Logic Board is the main culprit even if the only problem is the sound, but in the iFixit troubleshooting it is not mentioned. The hard Drive appears to work fine as I can copy the songs to a computer with no problem and import in to iTunes and they play....

Hey Paul…I’m assuming that you swapped the green board from the original optical drive over to the new one when you replaced it, but if not then that needs to be done first. If that was done then you need to be sure that everything is plugged in correctly and that your console is fully updated....

Chosen Solution I’m working with a Xerox desktop multifunction printer/scanner/fax called a WorkCentre 3315. It often reports paper jams in tray 1 but there is no jam. To reset it all you have to do is open tray 1 and close it again. We have an identical machine here with zero symptoms. I swapped trays but the issue is not in the tray but with a roller on the device itself....
Chosen Solution My phone is frozen with the apple icon on the screen, what can I do ? Plug into Itunes, run Update. If Update does not correct the issue then put the phone intorecovery mode and run restore. Do note, this will delete everything in the phone. Try to connect it to iTunes and update it

More or less you’re dealing with a digitizer/touch issue. Usually occurs when pressure is applied to the unit. Best thing to do is LCD/Digitizer replacement. If you want to ensure that’s the case, take it to a shop and they can test it IF they have the part available....
