Chosen Solution powers on when on charger but when you unplug it powers down gcoulter59 “when you unplug it powers down” this is usually a sign of a battery that no longer holds a charge. Try booting with your operating system disk. If successful run drive repair and see if that clears up your problem. If not you may have to reinstall your operating system. Try first disconnecting then re-seating all the cables that attach to the board on the top, under and around the metal plate; and in the middle (the battery and the charging dock). Chosen Solution So I was just watching youtube on it and then it shutdown stating there was an issue, and afterwards it restarted just fine except the light showing that it was charged is flashing green instead of just staying flat green. It says that it’s not losing battery percentage and when I plug it in it’s charging, but I noticed that a few things that are installed on my D drive have lost the their picture on my desktop....

I sold the phone to him, he couldn’t use front facing camera (frozen) and GPS proximity stays 30 yards off. This was while using ver 7.1 i think. So i replaced the screen(he cracked it) with all new camera and digitizer, and updated to newest IOS as of today, and still get frozen front camera,and crappy GPS....

Chosen Solution After replacing the screen on 2 iphone 6 the earpiece stops working after a few days. I can gear through the speaker, headphones and the phone rings etc, BUT no sound from the earpiece - callers can hear me but I cant hear them. This happens after a few days use. I purchased the iFixit kit with the new screen supplied (part no. 128000-8) with various protective pieces of film on the glass. Colored tabs (red, blue, light blue) are provided for ease of removal. Not in the box is any suggested order for removing the protective films. Obviously, at least one, if not two, need to be removed before I can re-attach the Home button assembly....

It worked very well with no issues for a long time. knowing that I never turned off the laptop, but the battery ran out and the laptop turned off and never started again....
