Chosen Solution Try holding down the volume down button and the power button at the same time . Hold them both down until the phone shuts down . Then release, this should cause the phone to reboot . This reboot takes longer than a normal reboot so give it some time but once it does reboot it should be fine and none of your data should be lost. Hope this helps
