Chosen Solution My Toshiba L355D will not always turn on the screen when I turn on the computer. Sometimes I have to turn off and turn on the computer for about 10 minutes of on and off before it finally turn on. I did the suggestions as hit the FN key plus the F4 and F5, nada..nothing, big dud. I do not use a battery in this laptop, the battery went bad about a year ago, so I never replaced it....
Chosen Solution My top load washer will stop midwash, and the controls are on, but unresponsive like its frozen. When I unplug it and start over, it will do the same thing at about the same time. I’ve run a diagnostic test on it, and its normal. Any ideas? I need more details like what part of the cycle is it happening. drain? fill? spin? agitate? It is probably just a sensor....
Chosen Solution Hey, so I performed a glass-only repair on my Nexus 6 (I run small repair business). All went well, the display looks/ works fantastic and everything works fine except the battery. Nothing seems to have been damaged, but the battery will no longer take a charge. I’ve tried the Moto turbo charger, PC USB, Samsung chargers, all the same issue. The device will absolutely happily work while plugged in…it just won’t charge the battery....

This happened with different types of cables and even without an energy source. But, my new screen was working flawlessly for a few days till I started watching movies and all of a sudden my screen goes black. Chosen Solution I split sprite on my keyboard and i need a new logic board. do you guys sell one for a 2017 macbook? These models are far superior to previous models about preventing keyboard spills from getting to the logic board. Usually just the keyboard gets shorted out and an uppercase or keyboard replacement is all that is needed. Why do you think it got to the logic board?
Chosen Solution I have a 3G, running on 3.1.3 and 05.12.01. It is jailbroken. The battery it had when I bought it (used) would not charge. So I replaced the battery, and the new one wouldn’t charge. So I replaced the battery block/charging port with a new one, as I found under close inspection that the connector had been damaged, aparently during a previous repair. The phone now charges, but very slowly....
Chosen Solution hi new phone from china … top left corner on starting flash’s white triangle and some times 1 or 2 white sim cards … on settling down only card in sim 2 shows a signal and id … insde in menu sim cards sim 1 shows no sim . … have put piece of card over sim still no good … have tryed network reset and factory resets any help please?...
Chosen Solution FYI - Just because the SMT device is tan in color doesn’t mean it’s a cap. In fact I suspect your issue is a blown fuse link which is the device in the far left with the letter P printed on it. Carefully short across it with a pair of tweezers for a second resting the system on its side turned on does the back light turn on at that point?...
Chosen Solution My thunderbolt display has been flakey for the past few years with the backlight intermittently deciding to not come on. I have previously been able to resolve this issue with numerous bouts of unplugging it and plugging it back in but it finally decided to not come back to life this week when I need it most for telework. Chosen Solution having problem engine light will not turn on with key on have two of the same trucks one does the other does not and i cant read the codes miz4getful, check the bulb for missing/loose/burnt out(exchange it for a known good working one and check the instrument cluster back side for damage, burn mark,corrosion, solder joint break, etc. and if OB2 port is not working check your cigarette lighter fuse for being blown....
Chosen Solution I have acquired a used MacBool Air, but despite being on charge for several days, I can’t get any signs of life. What can I do to bring it to life, or even to see if it’s worth taking to a fixer… I have tried reset NVRam, Pram and SMC… NADA… 😳🤞 Check for the easy fixes first. Sounds like you did the usual resets. I would make sure the charger is good or try another one....

Chosen Solution After the phone was dropped down the loo, my wife towel dried and immediately tried to charge!!!! Not working. I have taken apart, dried in rice for a few days and now I only get the start up sequence with mains power applied despite 100% battery symbol. It instantly goes to ‘connect to iTunes’ screen. It will only intermittently power up on USB (3 second apple symbol and then off for 5 seconds) and so I cannot connect to iTunes....

Chosen Solution I have ran into a few iPad Minis now where the power button will not put the device to sleep. I have replaced the power flex cable and still have the same result. If you hold the button down the device will power on or off like normal. Just the sleep function doesn’t work. Any ideas? Did you try to toggle the “lock/unlock” button under Settings>General>Lock/Unlock? EDIT: as odd as it sounds, it is usually a bad quality digitizer (outer glass) assembly....
Chosen Solution Can this be repaired? Yes, this can be fixed. You’ve got two solder pads that have been torn off so there will need to be jumpers soldered to the correct spots on the motherboard. The other 2 solder pads look fine so those can just be soldered directly back on.
