Should i buy used iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus? which is better? The main difference between the two are form factor and rear camera. Ask yourself if you want to carry around such a large phone (7 Plus) but have a better camera or stick to a more common size but with a great but “not quite as good as the 7Plus” camera....

Chosen Solution So I had a old Iphone 6 plus that was broke and I finally got around to trying to fix it up. The screen was shattered and the battery was dead, so I ordered both a new screen (full assembly) and a new battery. After reinstalling both the new screen and battery, The phone’s screen is still black, however there is the full back light shining through and working fine, but there is no image, just a black screen....

Chosen Solution I bought two SSD hard drives from ifixit with the install kit. The install seemed to go without a hitch. I created a bootable usb drive with high sierra and the computer boots up but the two new drives do not show up to install the system on to, just the bootable usb flash drive. Any ideas? this is what i have Run Disk Utility and format the drives GUID, Mac OS X journaled....

Chosen Solution aside from the Disc not recognized error, i also hear the disc drive pulling or ejecting when the console is powered on. the first time i try to insert a disc it gives me the error, i then eject the disc and it is a long powerful eject that is very unusual. i try to put the disc back in and it will not even take it. if i push the disc in all the way, it will not read it, however it will still forcefully eject it when i select eject disc....
Chosen Solution Have an issue with a Macbook Pro 15 Inch 2009, the bottom left part of the LCD screen has become lose from the lid. The Macbook works perfect if I dont move the lid, but once I move it or touch the screen on that area, I get a (1) inch vertical line, either solid or flickering, on the left side of the screen. I have attached a picture resembling what Im talking about, it is not quite as bad as this picture, but it is starting to look somewhat like that, very noticeable once the lip is close....

Chosen Solution I got my hands on a PS3 Slim (CECH-2004) with a defective drive for pretty much nothing. Apart from the drive, it worked perfectly fine, so I wanted to refurbish the system and delid it. The delid attempt with the wrong tools was a mistake, so I chipped off two caps near the RSX, this happened a little while ago so I don’t have them anymore, which means I can’t resolder them to the board anymore....

I replaced one last week and went for one that was about $75.00. Chosen Solution Ok so I did a screen replacement and battery replacement on Iphone 3s. Everything went exactly as shown in the online videos. My current Iphone (an unlocked AT&T Iphone 5 model A1428) has battery “issues” so I ordered a replacement battery from Ifixit. It has arrived and the part number is correct for an Iphone 5. So, I open the phone and it looks nothing like the view in the video....
Chosen Solution i’ve been told there may be something in the iphone that has caused the screen to stop working, the phone still works, i can take pictures and turn the volume on and off with the button on the side, but the screen wont display anything. Could it be something to do with the fixings on the inside and how much would it cost to get spare parts? Just press home and power button for 20 seconds then Apple icon will appear and after 2 mins screen will come back on Update Well the answer is there for any future problems someone may have just hope it helps...
Chosen Solution *it wont charge *it cant be read by a computer Ashten, you did not tell us what you’ve tried thus far to fix it. First you might want to try a hard reset, check on here for information on that. Start off by using an AC adapter to try to charge it. Make sure that you have a known working cable. Check your dock connector for any debris, broken or bend pins....
Chosen Solution My question is what is the preferred method of installing the keyboard into the palmrest frame I know what you’re talking about - I ordered the same kb part for half the price of kb with palm rest. Hope your guy didn’t order very many. I just used the kb only for parts and reordered the right part with palm rest. To use the kb only for replacement, you have to be set up/willing to do the plastic welding it takes to remove and replace in the palm rest…....
