Chosen Solution My kindle was working fine before I put it in the car for the drive home from the Christmas holidays. It was a very cold day (20F), the kindle was on the floor in the back seat. When I got home, 2 hours later, the kindle doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried charging it. Nothing seems to help. It could just be that the LCD is frozen. 20F isn’t that cold, plus it wouldn’t be that temperature in the car but if the reader was exposed to it for a long time, that could be the problem....

Chosen Solution Everytime I turn on my laptop, I get a blue screen asking for Administrator Password or Power On Password. I can’t do anything and I don’t have the password. I can’t even get into safe mode anymore. If I put in wrong password 3 times it says System Disabled. I want to take my .45 to it right now. I’m beyond frustrated. Chosen Solution Hi, this morning I accidentally spilled my pill on my computer. I immediately cleaned it. After half hour later the letter y and backspace stopped working. I cleaned the keyboard and it didn’t work out. I closed the laptop started all over again but this time nothing was working. I couldn’t type. Enter, space and some buttons were working. I closed and opened but nothing . Then suddenly the laptop shut down by itself....

Chosen Solution Also i went to a phone repair place and they told me it was an issue with the power button and that it needed to be replaced. I searched online several places and couldn’t find any evidence to support that. When i rebooted the phone and tried to do a factory reset it was stuck in download mode for at lease 8 hours. Yeah it’s not power button as it can stay in download mode for 8 hours....

Chosen Solution Hey guys i tried to charge my phone but the phone was on low battery and ince i charged it wouldnt turn on. I bought a battery charger so i could charge the battery but no luck. Guys help me @malikm start off with a new battery. Just because you have a new charger does not mean that your battery will accept the charge. With a new battery at least you will have a known-well starting point should further testing become necessary...

Speak with your service provider. This does not sound like a hardware issue with your phone. Chosen Solution My ps4 when i attemot to turn it on it goes to a screen that days cannot start ps4. And also ask me to fownload system update 2.55. I turned it in to sony who said ot was water damage which is odd because ive never spilled anything on my console. Ive tried downloading the update and intializing but it still wont start up correctly This may or may not be a fixable problem....

Chosen Solution So Friday night i dropped my phone in the car it has a screen protector and a case. The screen wouldn’t respond to my touches. I tried hard restarting it and that fixed it for the time being but the next morning it was unresponsive again. I was able to touch it a couple more times and tried resetting phone settings to see if that was the problem. I think the connector is just loose....

Chosen Solution So basically I bought a brand new BenQ monitor and it arrived last Thursday. It was working great until last night when I was watching YouTube and suddenly the screen faded into complete whiteness and now it won’t go back even after turning it on and back off. I can still hear sound but the picture is gone and there are some faint lines running downing the screen in a pinkish colour....

Chosen Solution I was useing it one sec. and the next i wasn’t even able to turn it on. And it does nothing when i try to charge it. My computer won’t read it eather. Borrow a battery, or buy one at an online auction site. You should be able to replace the battery and test to see if this is causing the problem. Be sure to charge the Zune at least 8 hours after replacing the battery....

Chosen Solution Hello there, recently got an IPhone 6s to repair upon opening it I see that the battery has been replaced, on the USB amp meter when first plugged in It was cycling from 400 mah to 1 amp which alarm bells told me a short on the board, after poking around the board re plugging a couple connectors it now sits at 440 - 444 mah stable on the USB amp meter, I have tried the basic reset measures and the iphone still does not turn on, The battery voltage is sat at 3....

Chosen Solution I have a new problem that involves no sound coming out of the Mac Mini’s speakers. When i received my Mini from the seller there was a gap to the rear of the unit as the party before me did not reassembly the top cover all the way. I gave it back to have the cover fitted correctly and now after powering on the unit I recognise that there is no sound, and plugged in some external speakers and got sound for just about 2mins then a lot of static....

Chosen Solution Hi Guys Again, The Mrs was using the iMac the other day doing her reports then all of a sudden the mac just resets, luckily she just saved her stuff minutes before in the cloud. anyway the system restarted and booted up again the apple logo come on with the loading bar underneath then the apple logo goes off and then just restarts again and kept doing this all the time....

Chosen Solution This happened randomly that when I plugged in my headphones that only the left side would play. After twisting the end of the headphones where it connects to the phone it would work but if I move I would have to keep twisting it until I get sound through the right bud. Nothing seems to be torn and the headphones are very clean. i also tested out different earbuds on my phone and those seem to be working fine, so it has to be a problem with the headphones....

Chosen Solution Hi all, I discovered that when I open 4-5 YouTube windows, my fan is spinning like crazy and the orange led on the magsafe turns into green. I also see a different icon on the right top corner. When I close the windows and wait a little, the led turn into orange and the charging starts again. How is this possible? Don’t open 4-5 YouTube windows at the same time....
