Chosen Solution Firstly, My optical drive is working fine in so far as it plays and burns discs without any issue. When it comes to ejecting a disc and even inserting a disc sometimes it is a struggle. I can hear the drive struggling to push it out. I think that the exit slot has somehow moved out of place or something. It tries to eject a disc, finds it can’t push it through the slot, and then gives up trying....

I’m assuming you are talking about the HDMI port? This is a very common problem with PS4’s. The port needs to be removed and replaced with a new HDMI port. Chosen Solution After successfully replacing an iPad Pro 9.7" screen with no issues there power button/volume buttons do not work. These are different flex cables so this tells me something with the screen is potentially preventing the functions. I have disabled sleep/wake feature but this does not resolve the issue. Also, oddly enough with the accessibility on the on screen power button and volume buttons will not work either. I have reconnected the old screen to see if it was a screen issue but the buttons still do not work....
Chosen Solution I recently asked a question about 2 bricked SSD drives in my 2013 MacBook Air’s. I tested the Air’s using a 3rd working air’s SSD. they both booted up fine with the working SSD and I was able to login. I re-installed the working SSD back into the 3rd Air and now I receive the prohibitory symbol. I attempted to run a recovery on the drive: Command + R keys and it brought me to the recovery window however it was attempting to install Yosemite (what the mac was shipped with) the Mac was running High Sierra before this issue....

This is an effect called the Joy-con drift, originally discovered in the large switch console. Since joysticks in switch lite are mechanically the same, the problem appears. It would appear that the screen connectors are not fully seated. Normally inside the iphone there is a little shield over the connectors that puts just enough pressure on the screen cables to keep them plugged in....

Chosen Solution I am trying to replace the motherboard battery on my 17" intel imac (white enclosure). The battery is a CR2032 Wafer-type battery. After popping the case apart, I notice the battery is surrounded by a black ring like enclosure with what look like tabs on one end. I tried to pry the tabs apart to get the battery out with no luck. Then the entire battery and enclosure popped off the motherboard....

Chosen Solution The original home button stopped working so I ordered one from here to replace it… After installing the new home button the phone does not work at all. If I unplug the new home button the phone turns on and works. Any suggestions? If new home button prevents phone from turning on and old one doesn’t then the replacement home button is faulty.
Chosen Solution I have an Acer Aspire V3-371 Series laptop here and it can’t boot as it cannot find any Bootable device. I originally tried to reinstall Windows, that didn’t work. So I tested the original HDD. It was defect to some degree. So I changed it out for a new one and installed Windows again. The PC worked! But just for a week or so before the exact same problem occurred again… Now I’m out of ideas what it could be....

If you have dropped or physically damaged the device over time, you could consider replacing the screen. You will find the repair guide here....
