By header are you referring to the exhaust manifold or does it have an aftermarket header on the car and its has performance parts on the engine. This is repairable either way if you can weld as most aftermarket headers will require you to weld in a new o2 sensor....

Your symptoms are of a Wi-Fi chip that has a short under it. This would be a costly repair. It would be more economical to upgrade your phone....

Chosen Solution I was changing the two touch ICs when I accidentally bumped U5302_RF out of place. I removed it and tried to reseat it, but I did not reball. I don’t have any new spares to try. Now when you turn the phone on it shows the Apple logo for about 5 seconds and then it fades to black. Backlight remains on. I see U5302_RF is a “LCD Boost” chip....

Chosen Solution Update. After insisting the starter is bad even AutoZone has tested so many times and confirmed it’s good. I bought new starter, and guess what! Car started right away!!! My car is working now. I knew from first moment it was starter but I believed AutoZone. And wasted lots of money, time and energy for nothing! That sounds like a digitizer problem. However, it could be software related, and it may go away after a factory reset. Regardless, it is probably a good time to backup the stuff on your phone and try a factory reset....
