Chosen Solution I’ve got an iPad that I’m fixing the screen on. I’ve got something bizarre going on that the power button won’t put it in or take it out of sleep mode. However, it will power the iPad down. I’m pretty sure I didn’t rip the power flex cable. Been down that road before. Any ideas? Try turning the Smart Cover settings off. If the issue disappeared, then the magnetic sensor is damaged....

Chosen Solution My son’s PS3 Guitar Hero Controller’s second button on the fretboard is not acting quite right. He presses it and it may work, or if he’s holding the note it may simply release itself even though he’s still got it pressed. Sometimes it says it’s pressed when another button is pressed. Is there something I can do to fix it or will he just need another controller? The trouble is that this isn’t a frequent problem nor is it a frequent product, however: You could try opening up the guitar and checking the soldering/wiring of the button to the board....

So I download the install file. which is the reinstallation for version 7.02.put it on a hard drive and it accepts it. but halfway through installing it, it stops and says cannot reinitialise ps4 with an error code underneath it ( CE-34697-9 )....

Chosen Solution i cant use my headphones on my laptop computer now ? Hello, Some more information would be helpful in this case. Do you have audio coming out of the laptop speakers? Is the volume turned up when the headphones are plugged in/connected? Are your headphones wired or wireless? Do they work with other sources (phone, ipod, etc)? Has the computer updated since you last used them (ie it worked yesterday morning, during a restart the computer updated and now they do not work)?...

Chosen Solution Hello, I got an old iPhone 5s last Thursday and it felt completely fine, the volume buttons wouldn’t work sometime and the touch ID didn’t work but it was still working fine, I was told it was in a protective case most of the time and I bought one for it straight away because my luck with phones is awful! I went out last Saturday night and came home and taken my phone out of it’s protective case and attempted to charge it, it wasn’t accepting any charge into it unless I really squeezed the charger up to it, so I decided to turn my phone off and I assumed it was just my moms charger was rubbish and collected mine the next day....

Have you checked that the brightness is turned up? I know that sounds really stupid and you probably tried it first thing, but I once called Applecare because my Macbook Pro was booting to a black screen and they just told me to turn up the brightness....

Chosen Solution I got a Ryobi self propelled push mower. 6.5HP 21’ Intek Briggs and stratton engine. Cleaned the carburetor out and it still wasn’t running right. I replaced the carb with a new one and couldn’t get it to start. When it did start there was smoke and oil coming from the exhaust. I had someone check it out and told me after they cleaned it out it was running fine....

Hi, Unfortunately, replacing the glass on the s7 Edge is an extremely difficult job, this is due to the AMOLED display being very fragile. You would need pretty expensive equipment to refurbish the screen to a professional level without breaking it. It is possible, but also a very hard task....

Chosen Solution During breakfast, I was informed that the TV remote was broken. But after fiddling around with a camera, it appears that it wasn’t the remote, but the TV sensor. Chosen Solution It works well during the disk selection stage(option key pressed during boot). but once i eneter recovery mode it stops working as if there is no hardware installed even when i boot up and try to on wifi it doesnot respond. it just stays off but bluetooth works fine after booting up. please help Already tried an SMC reset ? If not give it a try. If that doesn’t change the picture there are basically two options, something bad with the wifi module or cable (cables hardly go bad), or a fault in the logic board....

Chosen Solution Kindle DX - navigation button is broken into 3 pieces. Can it be replaced? I’m assuming that by navigation button you mean the scroll wheel looking thing. If yes: Yes it can be easily replaced if you have a part to replace it with. Step 11 in this guide shows how to remove it… mostly, but I’d say after you have it in that state the rest is easy enough....
