my blu studio 5.0c even after upgrading to 4.4 wont factory format, the screen hangs and when i hold the home key i can’t see running apps. it just started all of a sudden without any previos signs
If you want to factory reset it just turn it off, hold down the power and volume keys. This should take you to the phone’s BIOS. Use the volume keys to navigate around the BIOS and the power button to select ‘factory reset’.
