Chosen Solution
I have turned all volume buttons up. Checked airplane mode. I can hear and receive text notifications with sound alerts. But the phone will only vibrate with incoming calls. And I can barely feel that unless I am actually holding it. Can you help?
Hi, Have you checked the ringtone setting, you didn’t say? Go to Home > Settings > Sound and Notification > Ringtones and check that a ringtone is selected and that the “none” option is not selected.
