My Cabrio is very loud when spinning, now I am getting an error F51. I am going to replace the Rotor position sensor. Could the sensor going bad make the washer really loud when spinning, or could the loud spinning cause the sensor problem???
@nitehawk92 as you already identified Error F51 shows when the control board detects a bad RPS (Motor Rotor Position Sensor) or there is a wiring problem in the lower wiring harness. The RPS is mounted to the stator and it won’t make the machine loud unless it is off center or the stator is hitting/rubbing the bottom of the machine etc.
