I have had this camera about 2 weeks i bought it refurbished and now it shuts down when you turn it on and says that it’s over heating. I have tried taking out battery thinking it was that. But still to no avail even after I plug in the charger without battery it saying the same thing. How do I go about getting this fixed?
Hi, Given that you have only had it 2 weeks, even though it is a refurbished unit, what was the warranty period given on the camera? If it is still with in the warranty period, contact the warranty provider (is it still the manufacturer or someone else?) and arrange for a warranty repair or replacement. Hopefully the information regarding what to do to make a warranty claim, is contained in the documentation that came with the camera
