I already replace the IAC valve and egr and thermostat but when I have been driving for a while and park for a few minutes with engine off. I could not restart my engine, it would start for a second and dies down. Took it to several mechanics and they could not find the problem, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. @christan8800 , christan8800 , Honda’s did have a big problem with bad ignition switches see links below. There are lots of other possibilities bad/faulty ignition, failing/bad fuel pump, clogged gas filter, skipped a tooth on timing belt, bad distributor, etc,etc.. Just because the engine light is not presently on does not mean there are no codes, have it checked as if code present could help diagnose issue. Some of the auto parts suppliers offer free code reading like Pepboys, Nappa, Advanced auto parts,etc and some of the guys are very knowledgeable and may have seen the issue often and put you on the right track, if you can get the car there.. I know this does not solve your issue but gives you more of an idea of potential causes. Good luck.
