My gtx 1070 is not receiving power the fan won’t spin or anything. I test my motherboard and cpu and they both work with different gpu and for some reason the 1070 won’t work
Make sure your power supply is sufficient and if it is, put that GPU in another machine and see if it works in there. Of course make sure it has a PSU that can handle that as well.
