My cash register Sharp xe-a217b is showing this msg ‘PRINTER ERROR Turn off the power.Remove the cause of the printer error. Turn on the power. Press [CL]’. I’ve load the thermal paper and press the CL but it still show the above msg. Please help..
@johnygrey could be an issue with the printer module or the printer being dirty. Try a complete reset and take a look at the printer module. This document should help you with those tasks ==>untitled
