Hello, I have a problem with my MacBook Pro. First issue was that computer used to turn off itself after 20-30 minutes of usage. Also it couldn’t be turn on immediately but after about 10-15 min. I thought it’s overheating problem so I took it apart, cleaned radiators and changed the thermal grease. Right after that came another problem, my computer does not boot the system. It turn on, shows apple logo and progress bar but it’s stop at some point and won’t move on. I tried to boot an external drive but there is the same problem so I assume that it’s not a fault disk. Question is what should i check or whats is causing the problem? Thanks in advance.
If that crash occurs just after the load progress bar passes the mid point. that is when it loads the GPU drivers. Take it to an Authorized Service Provider (because they have a financial incentive to help you - Apple does not) and have them run the test for this repair program (a result of a class action law suit): MacBook Pro Repair Extension Program for Video Issues https://www.apple.com/support/macbookpro…
