So for starters the computer is an Acer Aspire E1-510P-2671 MFG. 2014/01/13 NOT A 4637 i lost my charger and havent turned it on in over a year I found a charger that matches the same 19v 2.1a Lights wont turn on battery wont charge i took out the battery overnight ive held the power button for 2 min straight multiple times and nothing i took out my ram cleaned it and put it back and nothing
because the output voltage and amps are the same means nothing, it needs to make proper contact with the charging terminals. buy a compatible charger for your laptop and see if it makes a difference
