I was using my modem the other day, and my device just randomly lost connection! What can I do to fix this issue?
You can try resetting your device by pressing the standby button on the top of the device. If that doesn’t work, you can try unplugging your device and re-connecting it to the internet. If your connection continues to keep dropping, then you may need to replace the motherboard. Learn how here!
