I bought this laptop around maybe 7 months ago from UAE. I was playing some apex legends and then the screen froze so I thought maybe windows crashed. But then I couldn’t shut it down forcefully using the power button and it’s stuck in this screen. I have no idea what just happened. Could someone give some advice on what to do.
You could unplug the the input power then remove the battery wait awhile then replace both sources of supply.
Service Manual: https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/nz/… Take of base cover and disconnect the battery. Press power button for about 15 seconds and then reconnect the battery. Look in manual for the memory modules. Release and then reseat the modules. Replace base cover. Does it boot up? Is everything O.K. now?
