I used to play mobile games in my iPhone 6s , and it becomes too hot . And i often put it the fridge in order to make it cold , and I’m wondering if this is good for the phone or it’ll will cause him some problems in the future .
I wouldn’t recommend doing the hot to fridge thing too often. Going from very hot to cold will cause issues with cracked solder balls at some point. As for the phone being too hot, I guess that’s subjective. The iPhone has multiple temperature sensors on the logic board. If the phone truly does become too hot for component safety reasons, then it will shut down automatically.
