So before my speaker worked perfectly fine then it started making a really bad noise and sounded like a loud exhaust pipe from a car and eventually didnt make any noise at all. I tried connecting it to different devices to see if it was my device but all it does is turn on but doesnt make the noise when it turns on and it connects but i turn on music or just anything with audio and it doesnt make anything.
Hi When you say connecting to different devices, were you using the aux input cable connection or the Bluetooth connection or have you tried both? If you cannot hear sound from either input type then most probably the audio amplifier in the unit is faulty. If you can hear sound when using the aux input but not when using the Bluetooth connection then obviously there is a problem with the Bluetooth circuitry in the player. How long have you had the player? If it is less than 1 year you may be able to get it fixed under warranty. Hopefully this is of some help.
